This has a nice amount of resistance! Definitely a good addition to my workout equipment. If you donât have a lot of space, I recommended getting bands. You can do quite a few exercises with these and they take up very little space.

Exactly what I expected
I have this old Weight Watchers workout video that came with a resistance band like this one. When I say “old” I’m not just whistling dixie. I had this thing when Harry Reed was the democratic leader in the House of Representatives. I remember this because I’d just gotten the video when he had an accident with a resistance band that almost put his eye out and I thought, “hmmm, I wonder if this would ever happen to mine?” Well, yes, but not for decades and it didn’t almost put my eye out, it just pulled apart in the middle. I was standing on it and doing arm raises and it just popped apart.So, when it broke I had to decide if I was going to toss the video or get a replacement resistance band. I was actually kind of surprised to find they still have them. The handles rotate just like the WW one did. In fact, other than the color, it’s exactly the same. I got it on Prime Day at a slight discount, so it was a good value for me to replace the old one and be able to keep my video which is a good resistance workout that I don’t use often, but still add it in occassionally.If history repeats, this one will last longer than my lifetime. 🙂

I am impressed with the packaging, quality of ropes, weight resistance labeling on the soft handles, and ability to hook in doorway or on a bar. The boxes come with suggested exercise guides, too. I got these to help with my PT exercises on days I’m not at the clinic. I showed them to my PTs and they were very impressed with how high quality they are. I had to return the two pairs with higher weight resistance that I originally bought, as they were geared for a serious athlete level. The company made it extremely simple to do so.
