The 2-Piece Set Kit Includes: One Deluxe Sock Aid with Foam Handle and One Sock or Stocking Remover / Doffer. Sock Aid Kit is the fast & easy way to put on & take off your socks or stocking.
The Deluxe Sock Aid – The shell is soft and flexible, specially designed for individuals who have weak hand strength, making it easy to insert socks onto the sock aid.
The Sock or Stocking Remover is great for removing Light to Medium compression hosiery, regular socks or stockings. The unique design maximizes leverage for those with limited arm strength.
Ideal daily living aid for those having difficulty to bend down, recovering from back, knee or hip replacement surgery or for those with limited mobility.
Both items are smooth and flexible, allowing socks to easily slide on and off without snagging.

Customers say

Customers find the sock aid works well and is easy to use, taking seconds to put on and remove socks without straining. The device helps with daily living skills and is particularly useful for putting on knee-high compression socks. While some find it well-built, others report the plastic breaking after a few months of use. The size receives mixed feedback, with several customers noting it’s too small for their feet, and opinions on compression socks are divided between those who find it helpful and those who say it’s impossible to use.

    Works wonderfully.
Easy to use. Cannot reach my own feet due to back issues. These really help get my socks on and off.

    A Must After Surgery
I’m a few days into a hip replacement and trying to become more independent so my wife can go back to work. A sock tool like this is a must if you will be getting dressed solo. Works pretty well overall. If I were to critique one thing that I’m reading in other reviews, the plastic could be a little more flexible. I also have wide feet which makes it hard to get past the ropes and in the cylinder but pressing my foot down helps flatten and widen the plastic. It is much harder to use with compression stockings because of the length and how they squeeze the plastic, but still was able to get the job done. Similar with the remover, much easier to use on standard socks than compression stockings.

    Easy to use
I cannot bend my knees to put on socks. This apparatus is just what I needed. Slide sock over tube. Put tube on end of foot. Pull up sock with cord. Works great. The other item helps remove socks.

    WOW!!! This really does work!!!!!!
OMG! This really works! After asking my son and my neighbor to help me with putting on my socks after surgery, I ordered this. Surgery was a week ago and I know people weren’t happy about always having to come over and help me on with my socks…..What a game changer! Now I am a lot more independent. Buying a magnetic reacher for each room also helped.

I can get ready by myself.
These products were so helpful for me to use after my knee replacement surgery. I was able to get my sox and shoes on without any trouble at all. I would recommend it for anyone who has a knee replacement surgery scheduled. Or anything that makes getting sox and shoes on with limited mobility. I wore regular sox and compression sox and these items were so amazing and made it so easy to do.

    Better if …..
I use this to put on knee high compression socks. The idea and design are good. However, if the user is disabled or has limited mobility, this device is not easy. For example, if the device is to be used to put on knee high compression socks, it needs to be re-designed. Knee high compression socks as a part of physical therapy or medical recovery need to be used as directed by the doctor to protect the surgical area AND the user has to be able to get it on and off. For me, pulling the sock up my foot and beyond my ankle was easy because this device helped, Pulling the sock the rest of the way up to my knee was difficult. I had to get a grip on the top of the sock so I could pull it the rest of the way up, The sock is very very tight and the skin on my leg is fragile, A simple nick with a fingernail could cause a serious problem. So, getting a grip on the top of the sock and pulling it the rest of the way up without hurting myself was my challenge, exacerbated by how tight the sock is. Over time, the elasticity of the sock changed with repeated use and it is fine now and I can enjoy this device.

Socklettes, anklets, & knee highs all work!
I loved the clear instructions enclosed with the device! I like that my dinky little invisible socklettes, my ankle length socks, and my knee high non binding diabetic socks all work on this handy little gadget. It’s a game changer to be able to easily put my own socks on. The device is also great for removing the knee length non binding diabetic socks. The reasonable price made this a great addition to my arsenal for staying independent.
