I got this both on sale and as a used item but was brand new just didn’t have the original wrapping to seal the box. Pretty happy with the camera itself since it was so easy to install and even hide the wires for the most part. Well worth the money. Video looks pretty good. Speedometer is pretty accurate. Would buy again.

Fantastic Video Quality & Great Value. The Dual Cam Upgrade Was Worth It!
I recently upgraded to the ROVE R2-4K DUAL Dash Cam and couldnât be happier with the purchase. The picture quality is absolutely fantastic, crystal clear footage both during the day and at night, thanks to the STARVIS 2 sensor. Itâs a noticeable step up from my previous dash cam, which only had a front camera.The price was very reasonable, and the included 128GB memory card made it an even better value.Setup in the car was simple, and connecting everything through the app was smooth and intuitive.The addition of the rear camera was a major upgrade for us. The only slight challenge was running the cord through the car and hiding it neatly, definitely doable, but took a bit of time. It would be amazing if the rear camera could connect wirelessly via Bluetooth in the future.All in all, this is a fantastic dual dash cam. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable video quality and easy setup at a great price point.

I thought this would be good as an uber driver to record driving and inside of car but itâs for recording out the back window for the rear( like a back up cam) but I was able to configure to record inside the vehicle and out front window. Good cam. Great picture easy to use and connect with phone.

An easy, uncomplicated, well instructed Dash Cam set up.
Although I purchased this back in December 2024, I just installed this on April 19, 2025. Waiting for the nice weather to set in. Anyway, setup was great along with the instructions provided and online videos as well. As a side note, while connecting to your WiFi thru your cellphone please remember to turn off VPN if your use one. This will interfere with the WiFi connection. I didn’t realize this until several tries. The troubleshooting feature within the ROVE app will tell you just that – Turn Off VPN! Nice! Once I did just that, the WiFi connection was a success.On to running the included cables — take your time so as to avoid any interior damage, i.e., scratches, rips, etc. (which I had none). The Rove kit included a real handy soft plastic car wire trim tool. This tool certainly did the trick with installation and hiding all the wires. No issues at all. Plan out your cable route beforehand and it just might save you some time with the install process.The included memory is fine for now. We’ll see how that works out. Easy enough to replace the memory down the road if needed.Updates will follow as I travel and use this on a daily basis, i.e., Night vision, clarity, field of view, and so on.To conclude, I am very satisfied with this cam, well packaged, instructions, especially the included booklet, which is very well written and easy-to-understand for sure. All in all, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome easy To Install total system the way you want it
I purchased two of these and bought the complete add-ons to make it the way I wanted and the way it’s offered by Rove. Front/Rear/Cabin/Park Monitor/500 g Scan Card. This system is so awesome you will not be sorry you got it if you want perfect Video/Audio and park Monitor saved to you can DL to any device you want to store or send it to. The installation is very well spelled out in an owner’s manual that you can read in readable print. I was so impressed for the price and performance the first one did, I bought this 2nd one for my new Truck. You can also run without the park monitor which requires the purchase of Hardware kit for park and all works perfectly less parking monitor as well.

I have been looking for dashcams for a while and had this one on my wish list. When I was notified that it had gone on sale, I decided to order it and I’m very pleased with it. The install was fairly easy. I made it a little more difficult by running wires for the rear camera inside the headliner of the vehicle so they couldn’t be seen. Even with this extra work install was less than two hours or so. It took me a little while to figure out all the controls, but I finally have the camera set up the way that I want. I have a power adapter hooked up to the interior lights on my pickup and after I turn off the truck the camera goes off automatically after about 10 minutes. It was kind of fun to watch the camera for the first few days, but then I ended up setting it to go into screen saver mode after a few minutes. This way it displays a minimal amount of information and is not distracting. It still shows a red blinking light on the display, so I know that it’s recording. In addition i have all the sounds muted on it. All this allows it to come on automatically and go off automatically and is very unintrusive. I used the app to download some of the videos and the quality of the videos are quite good. Hopefully I will need never need this because of an accident, but I like to have the added security just in case.

Great Quality and price
So far I have been impressed, good quality view on screen and easy to download even for this un-tech savvy 69 yr old, I bough the $29 installKit, well worth it nice clean install. I messed up on rear camera install and needed a new static sticker, emailed the company and 3 days later I have the sticker. Very responsive to other questions. FYI I was not paid or offered insensitive to make this post. Iâm a real consumer. Great price too.

Quality of product is 10/10Design is super slick.Included accessories also great, it gives you 2 choices of mounts for the front camera and 2 sizes of cable for the front as well.Well condensed instructions and very readable.Video quality is good, rear camera is 1080p and front is 4k.There is a noticeable frame rate since it’s set to 30 fps (which I believe is designed to provide functionality and file size management)I believe you can change this but I recommend getting the 512GB card for full bitrateValue for the money is really good. I got it on sale but I would have paid full price for this as well.It says that “the rear camera is not waterproof and is only designed to be mounted inside”Personally I wouldn’t mount the front one outside but I guess it could be used on a motorcycle.
