ALLEVIATES JOINT PAIN AND REDUCES SI JOINT INFLAMMATION – Vriksasana SI joint belt helps stabilize the sacroiliac joint (or “SI joint”) that is hypermobile or inflamed, and reduces pelvic, lower back and/or leg nerve pain (symptom of sciatica) caused by SI joint dysfunction. We strongly recommend that you wear the Vriksasana SI joint belt day and night for at least two weeks. Do not over tighten the belt.
DUAL ADJUSTMENT AND MAXIMUM COMFORT – Vriksasana SI joint belt is designed to be worn for long periods of time, which is the key to recovery and pain relief. The wraparound “dual belt” design provides controllable compression and the secondary straps allow you to customize the amount of additional compression needed over specific sore or inflamed areas. The breathable fabrics allow for air and moisture to pass through.
LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE – The perforated neoprene used in the inner belt is lightweight, breathable and pilling resistant. The ribbon fish fabric used in the secondary straps is breathable, elastic and pilling resistant.
STAYS IN PLACE: The anti-slip silicone strips on the inner belt prevents the belt from sliding up and down. You can wear it while doing physical activities but vigorous exercise is discouraged during the recovery period.
Customers say
Customers find the brace effective for pain relief, particularly for sciatica, and appreciate its functionality, comfort, and support for the low back and hip area. The build quality is positive, with one customer noting it holds up well after washing, and customers find it easy to put on and take off. While some customers say it fits better, others find it too wide for small frames, and while it stays in place well under clothing, some report issues with the Velcro.

This belt has exceeded my expectations.
The Vriksasana SI Joint Belt has been a game-changer for alleviating joint pain and reducing inflammation in my SI joint. From the first wear, I noticed significant relief in my pelvic and lower back pain, which has been caused by SI joint dysfunction. I wore it day and night for two weeks as recommended, and the improvement has been remarkable. The dual adjustment design is fantasticâit allows for customized compression, especially over sore areas, without over-tightening. Itâs lightweight, breathable, and durable, making it comfortable for long wear. The anti-slip silicone strips are a brilliant addition, keeping the belt securely in place even during light physical activity. This belt has exceeded my expectations in comfort and effectiveness. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with SI joint pain or sciatica.

Amazing Relief for My Back Pain!
I absolutely love this Posture Sacroiliac Hip Belt! Iâve been dealing with lower back pain for a while now, and this belt has really helped ease the discomfort. It provides great support and has significantly reduced my sciatic and lower back pain. Itâs also helped with pelvic discomfort. The material is soft and breathable, so I can wear it all day without feeling restricted or overheated. Itâs easy to adjust and fits perfectly around my hips and lower back as a plus size woman, giving me the support I need. I can also wear it under clothes, and itâs not bulky or noticeable, which is a big plus for me. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues!

It works
Iâm a skeptic and after numerous other methods from injections to physical therapy, I decided to try the belt. I was not expecting much. I followed directions and obtained immediate relief. It works. It can be worn indiscreetly under clothing. I plan to purchase another belt to have when I wash one so I will not be without. They wash well in warm soapy water and hang to dry.

I’m torn [UPDATE 2 years later, new model is great]
[Edit 07/2022]Upgraded from 3 to 5 stars.I stopped working out when the pandemic started, and was able to mostly ignore my SI joint. Sure, it still hurts in some circumstances, I have to be very careful about the chairs I use when working for hours, and I know it’s going to hurt when I walk for a long time, but day-to-day, it was ok.I started working out again a few weeks ago, and remembered I had these belts, and decided to try wearing them more often than I used to. Been wearing my Vriksasana belt all day, and at night. It really, really helps, but it’s still too big and too flexible.Since they now make a smaller size (yay) so I bought it right away and have been wearing it for a couple of days. The first one was good for that usage, this one is miles better.First, it’s smaller, so I can actually tighten it correctly. It’s also less flexible, providing more support. The elastic bands are different, there is now two on each side, crossing each other. Those make a huge difference and the belt has a much better support than the old one did. I can feel the difference as soon as I put it on – my back stops hurting, my sacrum stops popping.I’ve worn it at night twice now – it didn’t move. The old one tended to ride up an inch or two, this one didn’t.I also wore it for a run today. Again, super comfortable, didn’t move, didn’t ride up, and I could feel the added support. My sacrum, my hips, and my lower back don’t hurt at all, which they often did before.Lastly, since it’s smaller, it’s also a lot thinner because I don’t have four layers on top of each other anymore (two layers of the belt, and the two wings). So it’s much easier to wear underneath my clothes so I don’t have to take the whole thing off and on again every time I go to the bathroom. Also, no more weird bulge around my lower belly. It’s extremely comfortable to wear against the skin, and doesn’t make me sweat anymore.I’ve tried numerous SI belts. All had pros and cons. The Vriksasana was in my top 3. This new improved model, in a smaller size, is easily number one.Get one.[OLD REVIEW 2019]I have had SI joint issues (left side) and pelvic instability for a few years. I started wearing the Serola belt, and found that this is exactly what I need, both at home and in the gym. I Bought this one in addition to the Serola because it is wider and I thought that would be better for wearing in certain circumstances, when I find that I have to wear the belt a tad higher than what is normally advised (when lifting weights in the gym, I wear it about 1/2 inch higher on my hips than I do when just sitting around at home).Comparing the two belts, here’s my pros and cons:Pros- it is wider, which is good for me, both for my usage as stated above, and because I have high hips. I can wear it as advised (aligned with the hip/thigh crease) and have it cover and support my hip bones.- it is thinner, making it easier to wear and conceal under tight clothes.- it is more flexible (see cons) and softer, more comfortableCons- I’m a woman, tall (5’11”) and my hips are about 40.5″. I ordered the Regular according to the chart. The belt is almost too big. The sticker confirmed I received the right size. I have to tighten it to the max, both the underlayer and the compression wings, which I have to velcro one on top of the other. Still, I wish I could tighten it more. As a result, it does not give me as much support as the Serola. There is only two sizes, so if you’re an average sized woman, smaller than me, then I advise you to look elsewhere.- The material (neoprene), while pleasing and soft, makes me sweat.Overall, this belt is more comfortable than the Serola (except for the sweating), but less effective for me. It’d be better is it were smaller.

Belt is not for a fat person
I am 5’2 and 205 lbs. I carry a lot of that weight around my stomach. I have a ‘mother’s apron’ as well. Both of these make wearing the belt uncomfortable. Once I figured out where it needs to sit, I cannot keep in that position. As soon as I sit down and my belly expands the belt shifts upward out of position. The bottom edge also rolls. If I tighten the belt to where it will stay in place it is extremely uncomfortable and I cannot draw a full breath. I do use the belt still but only for short periods of time. Once I lose weight, it will likely function better for me. (XL belt)ETA: Ok so I’ve had the belt a couple of weeks now. My SI joint pain is almost gone, though I have residual pain down my right leg. A little back story – I cook almost everything from scratch, and I LOVE to cook. But since last year when I first started having problems with the SI joint and deteriorating backbone – I have not been able to stand in the kitchen more than 3 or 4 minutes doing prep work without breaking down into tears as my back hurt me so much. Needless to say this put a stop to my cooking. Physical Therapy didn’t help reduce this pain. Today, using this belt, I was able to fully prep and cook a chicken pot pie, corn bread, and some great northern beans. This never would have been possible before! I still have problems with the belt moving when I sit down – but if I can wear it while cooking and actually be able to feed us healthy food again, then it’s worth it!

Great support
I feel like this product helps me. This brace helps my hips be better aligned and alleviates some discomfort I have. It feels like it going to last for a long time, good material, strong Velcro. Also a thing I like is that the interior lining isnât rubberized and is more breathable than some other ones.

Top Ware Jungs .
