Super easy to install. It is a good design…The size is perfect. The color works for me. It looks like a durable product. I like the clarity of the sound the bell makes, good clear âclink clinkâ. Not too loud, but not too softâ¦good for sensitive ears.

Good for the price.
Has a loud ring to warn people when you are approaching which is good. Very hard to attach because not adjustable, would not fit around my handlebars so I had to put it on the headset. The other annoying thing is that every time you hit a bump it makes a small jingle which makes me think my girlfriend who has the same bell is right behind me when she is not. Certainly worth the money.

Perfect for folding bikes
I never thought Iâd put a bell on my bike. But I got annoyed with people not noticing when I called out as I was coming up to them. So I started looking at my options. On the trip I was on my electric lights were running out of power, and the cables I had would not fit them. So I decided I didnât want an electric device. I considered horns, but they are kind of obnoxious. They also take up too much space for a folding bike. The bell is small it gets attention as long as you arenât dealing with the sort of person a fire truck has to honk at several times to wake them up. So I reluctantly have to admit these things work well. Also mine has been rained on for several months without any problems.

Excellent product but poor packaging
The item luckily works great with a loud sounding bell. But it was shipped in a foam envelope which will prevent nicks but not pressure damage which would change the position of the bell to the clapper. We were lucky it arrived in working order. Next time the seller should ship in a box.

… it rattles as you ride on potholed roads or gravel tracks.This can work in your favour as pedestrians can hear you coming without ringing the bell. The rattling is not as loud of course. It also means you are less likely to startle people when you do ring the bell.However, on an otherwise practically silent belt drive bike, it can be annoying when there is no one else around.Given the cost, it would be nice if the mechanism did not rattle during normal riding – at least on smoother roads it is less of an issue.
