Sale is for a SINGLE BAND. We offer six different size bands that have tensions ranging from 5 lbs. to 150 lbs. Bands are perfect for any users from beginner to professional athlete. Whether it is mobility training or powerlifting – Serious Steel bands have been the #1 trusted bands on Amazon for over 10 years. Often Imitated, Never Duplicated.
YOU ARE CURRENTLY VIEWING OUR #0 (ORANGE) Micro BAND. This band measures 1/4” wide, 4.5 mm thick and 41” in length. It offers resistance from 2-15 lbs. This band provides our lowest level of resistance and is great for light stretching, high-performance speed training and sports specific training. It is also great when combined with our other size bands for that little extra tension.
PULL-UPS: Serious Steel Bands are a perfect tool to help you with your pull ups, dips or muscle-ups. Take a quick look at the Pull-Up Guide image to your left to get an idea of the best band for you. Choose a band based on your bodyweight and the current number of unassisted repetitions you can complete.
MULTIPLE BANDS: Do you think you need a #4 band, but concerned it may be too much tension? You can purchase multiple smaller bands to equal the tension of heavier bands. Try the #2 & #3 instead of the #5 or try the #3 & #1 instead of the #4 band. Combining multiple sizes gives you more levels of tension because you can use them individually or you can use them at the same time.
ALL ABOUT THE LAYERS: Serious Steel bands have stood the test of time. Our bands are 15-continuous layers made from a single piece of natural latex. The individual layers make Serious Steel bands up to 5X stronger than molded bands and 2X stronger than other “layered” bands. Does not include colored storage rubber bands.

Customers say

Customers find the resistance band durable, noting it withstands heavy workload and shows no signs of wear. The band works well for intense bodybuilding workouts and helps progress from 1 to 5 pull-ups, making it excellent for starting into pull-ups. Customers appreciate its effectiveness for strength training, mobility stretching, and its versatility for various applications. They consider it well worth the price, with one customer noting it performs as well as more expensive weightlifting brands.

    More challenging than you think!
After Covid I started to build a little home gym. So far it has been kettlebells, free weights, and now resistance bands.I have owned a few band sets from different companies which can be found right here on Amazon. I like the previous ones I bought just fine and I have nothing bad to say about them. However, that’s why I’m writing this review now. While I definitely like the other bands, these Serious Steel 41″ bands really stand out! The resistance seems to be ramped up vs other brands I tried. The black band I purchased first is no joke! While they do sell even higher resistance bands than the black band on their website, I highly suggest starting with the black band or lower, even if you think you are moderately strong. Plus, bands can be stacked for even more resistance. I liked the black band so much that I went ahead and bought the entire 41″ set.I also have their 32″ set even though I’m a 6 footer. I like those for exercises in which you don’t want too much stretch in the band, such as rows for back day. This isn’t completely necessary- you could just grip the 41″ bands lower so there is less stretch, but I love options when I work out.So now, do I buy the deadlift set? Hmmm. Decisions!Either way, if you are adding to your home gym or are looking for alternatives to traditional workout equipment, give these a try. Even stronger individuals should find a challenge in these bands!

    Versatile and Work Great.
These are big, heavy duty rubber bands. I purchased these to help me with pull-ups and chin-ups. I am very weak in the upper body, so I need a lot of assistance right now. I purchased the green band (I weigh 131-ish and the green will give you up 50 to 120 lbs of assistance). Okay, that’s embarrassing, but as I get stronger, I plan to step down to the blue, red, eventually none. You put your foot in the loop for the most assistance and then your knee for less assistance. Their instruction guide also comes with other exercises and uses for the bands so these are very versatile, which is why I chose them over the expensive bands that are sold solely for pull-up assistance. Those also don’t give as much assistance (the ones I looked at were 100 lbs of assistance and 50 lbs of assistance). When you place your order Serious Steel immediately emails you some .pdf guide books on training and pull-up usage. It is very easy to loop over your pull-up bar and pull one end of the loop through the other and tighten. You put one foot in the loop (I need a small step stool for this) and the band goes to the floor (with me) so I kick the stool out of the way so I get the full range of motion. I hold the free leg secure against the leg in the band and move through the movements slow so as not to swing. I think I can probably move down to the next band very soon. Overall very pleased!

    durable, high quality
used these bands consistently since 2018 and they’re still in perfect condition. crazy.costs 3-5x more than other brands, but just the stretch range tells you all you need to know about the quality.

Great Bands, with a Lousy Coating – How to Get it off properly.
The bands themselves are wonderful and should be very long lived – but I wish I’d seen the review about skin and eye irritation. About an hour after touching the things, and after washing my hands, I happened to rub my eyes and within a short time the irritation began – about on a par with cutting hot peppers and then rubbing eyes. The coating isn’t immediately obvious, it comes off in use, and gets everywhere as well. Messy and irritating…I’m not the only family member who has experienced this, neither of us has any reaction to latex apart from the coating on these bands. Also – I’ve other latex bands, and never had problems with them…Your mileage may vary – but don’t say I didn’t warn you.If you do happen to be latex sensitive, this could be a major problem.Edit: I worked out the cleaning procedure below – takes 5 minutes and it solves the problem.Raised review to 4 stars – I’d make it 5 if they included a warning and the cleaning procedure with the bands. After a lot of research, trial and error – here’s what to do about the coating on the bands:Use only plain cool water for this – not any soap or detergent, these can damage the bands. It takes a combination of water and physical contact – what follows won’t work without vigorous rubbing.Soak new bands for a few minutes in a bucket of cool water.Use gloves, especially if latex DOES bother you…Take a clean wash cloth, dip it in water.Lay bands on a flat surface.Wipe the bands vigorously around entire circumference, both sides, rinsing the cloth frequently.(Simply swishing the bands isn’t enough – got to get physical about, several strokes and light stretching.)Rinse the bands and the cloth, repeat the wipe once more, rinse bands once more.A milky residue will result, keep going until it’s all removed and rinse is clean – it may take 2-3 passes.Wring out cloth, then use it to lightly wipe excess moisture from bands.Allow to air dry.If you have more than one band to clean, make sure to wipe out the bucket, rinse the cloth, and start fresh. After this, if any band leaves a residue on hands when handled – it wasn’t enough cleaning.Wash hands, and the band, once more – get a little more physical with it.That said – cleaning is a small price for a band that will probably last years of daily use given a little care and kept out of the sun.

Good bands. Happy they’re back in stock!
I have used these bands since 2015 and have had great luck with them. I like these bands much more than bands that have either an anchor point on the wall, or a handle to hold onto. The anchor and handle are weak points, and I’ve seen too many photos of people who got injured when their anchor detached, or a handle broke. With this type of band, just loop it around something solid, and you’re good to go. Very little risk. For the most part these bands last, too. I’ve had to replace a couple of the smaller, purple bands. Not because of any fault in construction, maybe I just used them more. The red, blue, and orange (mini) bands have held up really great, though — and I’ve used them a LOT.Try these out if you’re looking to add bands into your workouts. They’re a good price and they’re well built.

The resistance band (purple) looks much bigger in the picture but actually is smaller. I have started using it and it seems ok as of now in terms of resistance it provides. The biggest let down is the rubber smell that comes from the band. I have another heavy duty resistance band from another vendor with me and it is much more better, doesn’t smell and looks far superior than this one. I purchased this as I got this as recommendation from one of the popular Fitness YouTube channel.I feel disappointed though as I paid almost 2000 rupees for this and got a sub-standard product.

I continue to add to my collection of Serious Steel bands. They are of top quality. I am now on the way to completing a second complete set. Better resistance than other name brands. However if you require bands for recovery the bands will not work for you. The band here is there unit with the least resistance. This particular band will work for 90% of users. I have owned the bbrand name for 1.5 years and no snaps are wearing out. I do use snap hooks with the bands as they are polished steel and rounded. I will never use the fabric door anchors as these cause too much friction and will wear out the band. If you must use the fabric door anchor place a carabiner snap hook on it than mount the band oin the snap hook.

Performs very well for hand exercises. No hand issues as I never use gloves. Exactly what a customer expects from a top resistance band company. I got what I paid for. The stretch for range of motion is perfect. I only used the bands with anchor points that are polished steel snap hooks and carabiners. I never use the fabric door anchors that cause excess friction to the bands.
