Shardor -My smoothie Blender
I like that it chops veggies and fruit really great in smoothies. I love the smaller jar. I will blend one smoothie, cap it and I am ready to go. I like the seal around the cap. Nothing is going to leak out. The slim-lined and design takes up less space on my counter than my old one did. The tall jar holds more liquid than a lot of other blenders. I looked at. I was not sure of a blender with 2 speeds. But it works great and fast. Hereâ hoping it lasts as long as my old blender which was over 25 years with no problems.I think the value is great for the money and it cleans easily. There is one flaw in this product and that is the manual says it will shut off if left running for three minutes. It actually shuts off after a minute or a minute and a half and thatâs being generous. Itâs very frustrating. I then have to wait 15 minutes before I can start it again. Sometimes it turns off at about 30 seconds. I really should return it but it took me a long time to decide which blender to buy. I donât want to go back to deciding which one to get. I just have to figure out how to use it so it doesnât shut off.

A Kitchen Must Have!
This blender is both powerful and versatile! After years of using my old blender, I needed a replacement, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast, quiet, and easy to clean this one is. I love the flexibility of using either the large blender jar for multiple servings or the personal-sized bottle for a quick, on-the-go smoothie. Although I did experience some motor issues, the warranty made the replacement process seamlessâcustomer service was responsive and happy to provide a new one. Overall, this is a fantastic blender with great features and reliable customer support. Highly recommend!

dangerous, dont buy
only had this blender 3 months until it stopped working, i followed all the troubleshooting advice and nothing helped. eventually it would work on and off for a few seconds but eventually the faceplate popped off and sparks fly whenever it does turn onIt worked great when it did but honestly itâs faulty and a major safety hazardworst part is it lasted past the first month so thereâs no returns or way to contact anyone about this

Powerful blender, sleek modern design
This is one powerful blender! I like that it comes with two separate blade attachments, one for the large glass pitcher, and a smaller one for the plastic to-go container. The settings dial has a nice glowing blue light that turns on when you lock in the pitcher and it’s ready to blend! It mixes things really well. It has little suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure on the counter (some people find these annoying, so keep that in mind before you purchase). The only negative side is that it’s a bit loud, but it might be because I’m not used to having a loud appliance in a small apartment. I’d say most blenders are annoyingly loud, unless you pay over $100 for something that’s designed to be silent. This is a great blender for the price, without a doubt!

Works good, I submitted the warranty information as directed in the package, but I’m not sure if it registered or not because there was no response or acknowledgement of the submission. 2/12/2025 at 15:00 hrs.3/12/2025. This weekend I had an issue with the product and needed a replacement bottle due to my son having an accident and dropping it on the tile floor and breaking it beyond repair or further use. I simply went to the website on the warranty card and sent an email describing what happened and explaining that it was of my fault and was just wondering if I could buy the bottle or if I had to buy the entire unit again. I asked them to let me know where I could purchase either or so I could have full use of the blender. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded in less than 24 hours and said that all that was needed was to send them shipping information and they would send me the part I needed free of charge. I almost dropped my phone in shock, because I wasn’t even expecting to get a response, nevermind that quickly and very unexpectedly offer it free of charge even after I assumed total responsibility… Unbelievable. Awesome customer service, so I’m leaving another 5 stars. Great job Shardor.

Good addition to Indian cooking
I love it. The small jar is wide enough so there is no need to add lot of fluid to grind ingredients.I used the big jar to make a dry chutney powder and it did a good job.I have not yet tried for wet chutney yet but am confident it would be good. Another I love is the big jar is made of glass. I wish the small one was also made of glass. It has high RPM making it a good mixie for Indian cooking.

Peters out fast
I use mine primarily to grind vegetable scraps before putting in my compost. It stops working after about 20 seconds. Smells like it overheats. I have to let it rest for awhile and then finish. This happens no matter what vegetables or how much water I put in it.
