    Love to eat? You will love this cookbook!
    I stumbled across Arash on Instagram last year and was wowed by his food and quickly developed a bit a crush for his kindness and beautiful spirit. This cookbook is the absolute embodiment of all those things and should be a go-to for all people who eat. Not just those looking for low carb or high protein or those looking to eat healthy, but for all people who want to eat delicious food. The recipes are simple, they are fast, they are delicious and as an added bonus, they also happen to be really healthy. Each recipe is just a few simple ingredients and come together quickly. The photos are amazing and Arash’s kind spirit and love of food are contagious.

    So Easy, So Good – Perfect book title
    I found Arash on Instagram and was inspired by his joy and enthusiasm to try his meals. WOW. So easy, so good, is an apt name for this book. I love that he comes at these recipes as someone who previously struggled with his weight (I can identify)! These recipes are so full of protein and all the right nutrients for a sustainable healthy lifestyle and all done in very easy steps – you don’t need to be a whiz in the kitchen to make these meals, though you will feel like it when you taste them. I have found my joy of cooking again after years of diets and counting every calorie and I thank him for that. I can relax because Arash has done the heavy lifting for me, I can rely on these protein-rich carb reduced meals to help me stay on track. We cannot get over how darn tasty everything is, and the leftovers are so good in a pita or over his low-carb Kaizen pasta. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle and relationship with food. The book itself is presented with clear and easy instruction and the pictures are beautiful. Now I have to go, I have new recipes to try!

    Your new Mediterranean staple
    Shred Happens: So Easy, So Good is a beautifully presented launch into the person and journey of Arash Hashemi. The text is easy to follow and the photographs compel the reader to make every recipe.Mr. Hashemi has presented a reputable cookbook for all food lovers, health conscious or otherwise. As this book was inspired by his pilgrimage to health, a missed opportunity for the target audience it’s marketed to, is not including the nutritional information per serving. Perhaps in your 2nd edition, Mr. Hashemi? I also see a future in you producing and marketing your spice blends and sauces. Welcome home.

    So excited to have these recipes in a book!!I’ve followed shred happens on Instagram and have made many of the recipes, which are all beautiful, protein packed, flavorful, and delicious!!Arash shares his journey at the beginning of the book, which is honest, thoughtful, and inspiring!!The book is beautifully photographed!The recipes are simple to follow, using aromatic spices, that take each dish to the next level.I bought this book for myself and for my daughter, on the same day she bought the book for herself and for me. We were so excited for the release, that we ordered on its release date. We will just have to gift the extra book, to a deserving person. Thanks for my new favorite cookbook!

    I’ve been following Arash’s shred happens instagram page for over a year and instantly fell in love with the delicious, yet healthy, recipes he would share. His story is so inspirational for many, including me. What pulled me most towards his recipes is the fact that they really are just so simple and easy but always packed with flavour. His simple fried chicken and egg salads are my go to when I want a quick meal, and the fried chicken is also a family favorite. I’m so glad that now I have a compilation of all the recipes and cannot wait to cook more delicious food. Thank you, Arash for continuing to inspire us all and for sharing your recipes! 🙂
