Amazing product but assembly is a bit hard to do on your own.
The machine works great but the assembly was hard to put together. But eventually, I figured it out. So far I love it!

Lamp Exploded in My Face – DO NOT BUY
Awful product, poor quality, and no warranty!! I purchased this Mag lamp at the end of May 2023, and received it in June 2023. It lasted a whole 7 months because the system shorted and bulbs blew glass everywhere. You will be buying at your own risk, and this Mag lamp literally blew up in my face!! I am extremely lucky I didn’t suffer burns from the explosion, and cuts from glass fragments. Given the price, there should be a mandatory 1-year warranty. Any company that doesn’t warranty their products in 2024 means they simply don’t stand behind them!! I made a huge mistake, and I can only hope those reading this don’t make the same mistake as I did!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very cheaply made, yet expensive steamer!!
I spent a long time looking at steamers and believed I could trust one from the SKINACT brand being that my towel cabi, chair, etc. was same brand. Plus, theyâre a known name in the industry (vs. buying a random amazon brand).I wish I kept looking because I am SO UPSET Iâm stuck with this steamer for now! The connection where the steamer arm is attached has a plastic cover over the hinge and it constantly flies off (during facials) after moving the steamer arm a number of times.The top that you pour water into is tilted backwards just enough that if you barely miss the opening while pouring, the water rushes towards the back of the unit towards where the power connections, on/off switch, vent fan are. Its a huge fire hazard and im so scared its going to ruin the steamer one day if I dont catch the rolling water fast enough.**LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT- the connection where the lamp arm and the attachment arm hinge is located, is made so cheaply that I had the entire mag lamp crashed so loudly to the floor DURING A FACIAL! Thankfully I did not have the lamp over my poor clients face!!! I had to order a replacement mag lamp (havent even had for an entire year at that point) and every day I fear itâs going to happen again.

Lamp Exploded in My Face – UPDATED REVIEW (AMAZING SERVICE)
I purchased the Euro Facial Steamer and Mag Lamp for my practice and the first system did explode as I wrote previously. There were no injuries, or damage, other than to the lamp itself. There was no electrical fire either, just a loud crackle when the lamp bulb blew. And while the system was rendered useless, and it was a scary and unfortunate situation, I am revising my previous review and feedback based on how this vendor company, SKIN+ACT, has managed my complaint and concerns. Not only were they understanding of the situation they also replaced the defective unit at their expense. As a reasonable person in 2024, I understand mistakes happen and things don’t always go your way, but life isn’t about being challenged, it’s about how we respond to those challenges. Given the circumstances, the service provided by SKIN+ACT was above and beyond expectations, especially for an Amazon reseller, and that’s what matters most (to me). This was an unfortunate accident, but SKIN+ACT really and truly stepped up to the plate, took responsibility, and was held accountable, and as a result hey have renewed my trust in the process. I wanted to share my experience, and new perspective, with other potential buyers so that prospective customers would have more confidence in making a purchase given the experience I’ve had. I have no doubt that if something happens, they will act responsibly with you too.
