Must have for every aesthetician
He a good steamer from get go. Donât be like me by trying to save money and buy a chip one from Amazon, then you get thisâ¦. And you didnât know how you functioned and worked before with the other steamer. Difference day and night. I wish I could return my 1st one because I donât want to sell it u to I another esthetician and have them suffer like me. Get it. You will not regret it. And get a protection plan with it, just in case.

Steamer works but customer support is terrible
The steamer is fine. I like that it uses tap water so thereâs no need to carry distilled around, but you need to clean it often. Base is light but sturdy and very easy to put together.However, when my package with the steamer was misplaced, customer service representative simply quoted the shipping updates and considered their work done. They didnât try to get a proof of delivery or even contact shipping company to see if they maybe delivered it to the wrong place. That ended up being the case with my package when it was dropped off and supposedly signed for somewhere else. I was lucky to have a neighbor drop it off later, but, considering the price, Iâd recommend buying from a company who would at least try to help you in case something like this happens.

Great for natural hair or locks highly recommend.
Very easy to set up easy to use. I sur this for my locks because they get very dry and it works wonders. My neice loves it my sister loves it I love it my girlfriend loves great for people with natural hair. Also it just feels good in general if you want a good steam. Very quiet too all in all I would buy it again if this one ever broke.

This is a great product. I have been searching for a good steamer for a while. I prefer a steamer without a mag light. The steamer puts off a good amount of steam at a great temperature. My only problem with this item is that the timer on it takes the entire timeThat it is in use.

I like this steamer but the part that heats up the water turned a different color after 3 mon
I havenât had it for very long probably about 3 months befor this happened. The piece that heats up the water turned to a copper color. I donât allow my water to stay on my steamer I will always take the water jar off of the steamer at the end of every night. I was hoping that this would prevent this issue, but for some reason, the part that heats up the water has turned to a copper color. Other than that I do like this steamer but sad that this happened not too long into me having this steamer and I only use it 3 time a week.
