They work great! Worth the money.
After reviewing different dumbbells for about a month I finally pulled the trigger on these and I am very pleased. They switch weight smoothly and havenât had any issues with the weights being off/not locking in. The grips are about the same size as a regular 45lb bar so even smaller hands can use these. The 2 end pieces are durable plastic so Iâd imagine theyâd bust/crack if you drop them or if youâre one of those gym people that toss the weights after a setâ¦â¦. Unless youâre Ronnie Coleman or Arnold then thereâs no reason to be tossing them around like that anyways.One of my pictures attached to this review is my foot next to the dumbbells, I wear a womenâs size 7 so if you have a wife around that size, just imagine them next to her foot for reference lol what Iâm getting at here is they are quite long, much longer than a regular dumbbell but I havenât had any issues with using them for almost any exercise.Well worth the money and saves so much space

Top Notch Product!
These are amazing! Iâve been using them for over a year now and the quality is superb. The weights are painted metal and everything looks brand new still! I am mindful placing the weights back into the holder. The holders are sturdy plastic, but I donât want to risk breaking them. My weights are the 10-55 lb set and it is plenty of weight for my use!

Best investment for myself!
These weights arrived 3 days early. The quality is superb and their easy to manage. If your disciplined enough to work out at home these are a great addition to your weight training routine. It’s easy to rotate between weight sizes and the grip is comfortable. Their not to bulky for me and I absolutely love that they come with their own individual holding tray. These are worth the money and they are truly an investment in yourself. This was a great way for me to save money by not having to join a gym.

This product does what it says the only thing I donât like is that when I pick up the weights if you hold it at different positions they might fall out but itâs a great product to have because you can change the weights so easily. As a woman the exercises that I do with weights kind of need them to be lifted upright, so you need to be careful with that because they might slide out.

I have owned the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells in the past, and I have to say these are as good or better. The quality is top notch so far and they are comfortable in my hand. I am a truck driver and they donât take up a lot of room. I definitely have and will recommend these to family and friends.

Excellent value
A few years ago I sold my Bowflex dumbells in a move and have always regretted it. Now they are way more expensive than when I bought them. I went looking for a substitute and found these. They had good reviews and an incredible price. I’ve used them for a week now and I love them. With the bowflex you had to turn a selector at each end of each dumbell. With these you set them in the cradle, twist the grips on each and yank them up. Very slick. The selector mechanism works smooth as silk and makes weight changes instantly. The weights are held securely while working out. The grip fits nicely in my hand. This was a great purchase, I would not trade them for my old weights, which are 3 times the price now.

Like that they are compact and fairly easy to use. Do have to make sure that they are lined up properly. Much better than having multiple weights taking up space.
