Excellent, I was skeptical about this purchase due to the reviews although it is very cheap. This product is really simple I donât understand how anyone would have an issue with it. Maybe these reviews are for older software on it or something? I donât know whatever itâs great I just tell Alexa to turn on the oil diffuser and boom!

This is a really neat little oil diffuser. The 2 settings of volume, weak or strong really work well. What doesn’t work well is the software. Any settings of timer on/off (2 hr, 3 hrs etc)in the timer section do not carry over to the schedule section. There you have to enter a start time and then enter a stop time. Took me a while to figure out why it didn’t’t shut off after my 3 hour timer settingThe manual, well the manual is good for a coaster. But when you figure it all out it really is a cool device. Came close to returning it in the beginning but am glad I did not. If you get really frustrated I would answer questions and I am sure others would too.

LOW quality product Don’t waste tyour money.
It’s not even threee months after we bought this product and already does NOT work. First, is noisy and being in my room I can not sleep with the noise that the water makes, and spills… and suddenly stopped working, I poured water, the oil and did not turned ON , only the light works. Its very annoying since it is not a cheap product. I never liked it since the receptacle for the water its too small and if you have it on for a few hours you have to constantly be recharging water… hummmm and the receptacle is low . Not a good product. I wish I could return it but unfortunately the 30 days passed already, I would Not recommend to buy this item.

As the heading says, so I’m quite happy, one thing, as far as I know I was ordering the Dark Brown version, that’s not what I got, honestly I couldn’t be bothered asking for a refund or exchange going by the comments I’d only be ignored. The colour I got was a beige sandstone type colour, so instead of blending in with the table it sits on it stands out like a sore thumb, maybe I’ll need to buy a matching table…Oh and some in the comments said it didn’t come with an Aussie plug adaptor, my order did and it was a decent adaptor not one of those dinky little black ones, this was a proper (feel safe using) adaptor.
