I donât know why adult vitamins are so big and for me, the taste seems to last way too long. I love these for two reasons. First, I have food allergies and I donât have to worry about cross contamination with these. Second, I feel like Iâm getting a treat. They arenât too sweet, so I like that also.Iâm not crazy that the serving size is 4. There is also a odd smell when you open it up the first few times.
