Good quality, works as it should!
Good quality water pick. Stays charged for more than a few uses and does what itâs supposed to perfectly. No leakage or issues with it. Definitely recommend for the price!

The best
This is the best water flosser on the market except for the fact that occasionally the lid will decide not to stay sealed. I still use it, I just hold the lid closed and sometimes it starts to work again on its own. But the water answer itself works amazing with the perfect amount of pressure. It’s my go-to.

Perfect for beginners
I just got adult braces and stepped up my oral hygiene. Iâm not a regular flosser but am now determined to floss nightly. I purchased a different water flosser and it literally didnât work with no mode options. I returned it and purchased this since Iâve had a smile direct club electric toothbrush before and I enjoy the quality. So easy and comfortable to use and the instructions were straightforward. Almost Great, But Not Quiet There
PROS: It works really good, does clear the plaque/food/etc off between your teeth. It gets the job done, but mine had some flaws, 2 of which yours will be the same, for its made like that. And 1 of them being the leak, yours might not leak & have a good O-Ring SealCONS:1. It leeks, as you guys can see from my video, the O-ring Seal is poor quality, there for when holding it on a side angle, it will leak. Perhaps you get lucky & get one with a good solid Seal.2. It is true which many say, even soft setting is strong, will make your gums bleed if you’re used to flossing, not necessarily bad for its an indicator that your gums weren’t healthy due to poor flossing, BUT it would be nice to have say 5 Leves of settings, where soft is actually soft.Some have 1-10 like the WaterPick brand, and this one I feel as if soft would be relevant to a level 4 out of 10.3. More different tips would be nice, it’s only 2 but they are both the same.

This is my second water flosser from Smile Direct Club. I like that it is rechargeable and it holds the charge for a long time. This model holds more water than my previous one and I think thatâs a good change. It is not too heavy but I do often change the settings accidentally because of the placement of the buttons. I like it and would purchase it again.

Died after a few months
I was really happy when I got this item. It cleans your teeth really well and was easy to use. The issue: Recently it just died. When you push the power button it just makes a humming sound and nothing more. I checked the water tube and it was clear. I just does not work any more.I tried going to their support web site but it is a dead link. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.
