Plastic tabs broke after 3 weeks.
UPDATE 3/25/25: Customer support is awesome! They reached out to me offering a full refund or a $40 Amazon card. But I still cannot give this product 5 stars due to the plastic tabs on the canister breaking. I just broke another one last week. Maybe it’s the way I am using it. I will try to be more careful!UPDATE 11/30/24: Customer support reached out to me and sent me a replacement canister. Changed rating to 4 stars for excellent customer support. I couldn’t justify 5 stars though because of canister design – should have reinforced tabs.Makes great smoothies! Mixes faster than my old nutribullet.Cheap plastic tabs on container broke off after 3 weeks making it completely unusable until I find a replacement container.

After a couple months use
I opted now to put it in a switch so it fully depresses before running. Great customer service and got a replacement. Not as convenient but hopefully itâll last longer this way

Hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema, licúa muy bien las frutas congeladas a pesar de no cortarlo a los 1 cm o 2 cm que especÃfica el manual, pongo las fresas congeladas sin cortar y no se me ha sobre calentado, la granola la licúa muy bien a comparación de mi licuadora normal.Los vasos son grandes casi de 1 L, muy bien de tamaño y de espesor, se sienten resistentes, tenÃa planeado desde un principio comprar de la marca Ninja pero me salió un imprevisto y ya no me alcanzó por lo que elegà esta marca y salió muy buena, por lo que doy 5 estrellas por su precio y calidad.
