The Massager will require a designated storage space due to its size, although the aesthetic of the product is quite appealing and exudes a hint of sophistication. I found that the directions were easy to understand therefore getting started was quite simple. I have used several foot massagers over the years and this massager is nothing short of a miracle. I have suffered from foot ailments throughout my life and from what I am experiencing this particular massager will provide the relief you need. The Shiatsu massage combined with its adjustable air pressure and heat settings proved to be abundantly therapeutic. The soft fabric pillows to rest your feet upon are very comfortable. The handle spins in a continuous 360-degree rotation giving you the ability to adjust the pitch to the level of your choice. The easy to read led display allows you to adjust the settings to your specifications or you can use the remote control as well. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to relieve pain and soreness in your feet due to neuropathy or whatever issues you may be experiencing.

Better than Tisscare in my opinion!
Couldn’t decide which one to purchase between this brand or the Tisscare. So I ended up buying my wife both for XMAS to see which one she liked better. The Snailax was leaps and bounds better than the Tisscare! The fact alone the Snailax massages your entire foot and can easily set your pressure preference for your comfort is top notch. Only gripe we have is that we wish we could set the massage to go longer as it turns off after 15 minutes then you will need to manually restart. We currently have it stored beneath our bed so storage for us isn’t an issue.

Initially Impressive, but Serious Concerns Now
I was initially very impressed with the Snailax Foot Massager. It worked well and provided great relief. However, my experience has taken a troubling turn.The device has started to randomly turn on and heat up uncontrollably, even at odd hours of the night. This is not only inconvenient but also quite alarming since the heat becomes very intense, raising safety concerns.To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, including leaving a message weeks ago, but I have received no response. The lack of customer support is extremely disappointing and adds to my concerns about the productâs reliability and safety.I would love to have this issue addressed, but until it is, I cannot recommend this product. I hope the company will improve its response time and quality control to restore confidence in their brand.

It is too intense on the high intensity setting & left me with a small bruise. It is fine on the low setting & I still get a good massage on low setting. I think it is pretty good so far. Takes time to get used to it so start on low setting if you bruise easily.

I chose this massager because it can be positioned in different ways and massage the feet, the lower calves, the upper calves, and arms. In terms of positions, massaging the feet works best. Then comes the calves when they’re lying horizontally because gravity helps keeping the calves deep in the massager sleeves. The massager in an upright position while seating works, but does not provide a massage as thorough as the horizontal position.Both the compression and the nodes provide a strong massage, but as mentioned before, it is the strongest when massaging the feet. The unit is not too noisy. I managed to attend a videoconference and have my feet massaged and no one noticed the the sound of the machine.Using it is a breeze and we really appreciate the fact that the massager keeps the heat even after the massage is done. The unit needs to be unplugged to turn it off entirely.The price of the unit is right compared with the competition and it comes with a two year warranty. I cannot tell if this unit will last but I will update the review if there is any significant change with its performance.UPDATE two years later. Still using it on a regular basis. Doing its magic after my long runs. Very happy with the purchase
