Gorgeous book, amazing ideas!
I just got mine! Itâs more than a recipe book, itâs also a nutritional education that includes a LOT of strategy on how to store and serve the dish another day. Sheâs training you to feed yourself with minimum effort, maximum nutrition and a big flavor whammy. So many hints and tips that are immediately useful and easily implemented.
I was drawn to Kylieâs YouTube channel for the tips and recipes, and also because 1. she insists that white rice is more than okay as a staple for meals, and 2. she introduced me to the concept of âEurocentric nutritionâ, which continues to blow my mind. Itâs a beautiful book.

Easy, Delicious, and Informative!
Absolutely love this cookbook! I came across Kylie’s recipes and tips on social media a few years ago and they’ve been beyond helpful as someone who loves to cook but usually lacks the time or energy to do so from busy schedules. So I knew this book would make a perfect addition to my bookshelf and will no doubt see tons of use in the future.
No only are the recipes themselves easy to make and delicious, but I really appreciated all the pictures and little notes/tips for modifying dishes to fit different flavor profiles or dietary restrictions. They’re small details that have helped take some of the stress out of cooking! And I have to shoutout the early sections that outline Kylie’s approach to health and wellness and offer a general discussion on balanced eating and nutrition. Her expertise as a dietitian shines through and, not only was it extremely informative, but it’s made my goal of having a more balanced diet feel much less daunting. I’ve already starting thinking of how I could add (not subtract!) to other staple meals and recipes I tend to make.
Overall, I cannot recommend this book enough! Whether you’re interested in healthier eating, want some simple and delicious recipes on hand, or both, this cookbook would make a great addition to anyone’s kitchen!

Informative, with simple and easy recipes!
First off, thank you Kylie for sharing your knowledge! I made a couple of Kylieâs recipes and followed some of her tips she shared on socials over the years, and I knew this book would be the perfect addition to my kitchen and bookshelf. I loved all photos, little notes, and even a chart?! I could tell a lot of thought was put into this book. This cookbook is perfect for someone who would like to keep simple recipes on hand.

“So Easy, So Good” delivers in every way!!
I have many cookbooks and this is by far, my absolute favorite!!
Being a visual person, I love how the cookbook displays beautiful photos of Kylie’s recipes throughout the book. Her recipes are clearly written, easy to follow, and delicious. Kylie’s non-judgmental approach to eating and her style of “adding” to meals rather than “subtracting” to make them healthier is also refreshing and sustainable. The nutritional information and “How To” sections are great and are an added bonus to this amazing cookbook.

SO Easy and SO Good!
Finally received my book today and Iâm so excited to make these recipes! Itâs more than just a cookbook, itâs a guide on how to implement nutrition into your life in a way that works for you! I love the customizable approach and everything looks so simultaneously healthy AND tasty, with really really valuable insights from Kylie on balanced eating and making sure you âadd, not subtractâ from your meals. Highly recommend, and if you havenât watched her food videos and tips online, be sure to do so!

Best Cook Book I’ve Used
This cookbook is a god send. I watch a few of the authors videos before scrolling through short forms and the food she cooked and her attitude towards it made me want to give this a try. I’ve had two of the recipes so far, a third planned for today, and both of them were filling, delicious, and really easy to make with minimal dishes. I have a food tracking app and, matching the ingredients I bought to the recipes she wrote, all of the recipes I’ve put in there have had plenty of fiber, protein, healthy fats, and low cholesterol. I ate breakfast at 9:30 this morning and I still feel full hours later off of a cheap, easy to make recipe that was healthy and I liked. I will be buying two more for my friends that I think would appreciate this type of cook book.

So delicious and easy to understand!
Iâve followed Kylie on social media for her recipes for years and Iâve been long impressed by how easy, healthy, and delicious her food is. Many of her recipes have become a part of my regular rotation (hello, mason jar noodles!) and I canât wait to add even more from this book. Thereâs great sections about different ingredients do for our bodies, and very easy-to-understand guidelines about making a balanced meal, and lots more. Thank you Kylie for all that you do! I canât wait to try everything!

Informative, Helpful, and Enjoyable!
I love this cookbook! Itâs easy to follow because itâs ADHD friendly and clear to understand. Itâs written genuinely and in a friendly, personal way that makes the reader feel like itâs just a friend helping you change your unbalanced diet into a balanced one. I truly enjoyed reading through the whole thing!
Kylie is such a sweetheart and it comes through clearly in this cookbook. Thereâs so many helpful tips, recommendations, and suggestions. The nutritional information is very informative and motivating. She also answers some confusing questions about health issues out there, such as are carbs really a bad thing? Is raw milk healthy? Do I need to detox?
I specifically love the snack combo suggestion table! I also love that this cookbook has a lot of Asian inspired recipes because I love those flavour profiles. Iâd say itâs about 50% Asian inspired, which I like because I also enjoy other flavour profiles. Iâm so excited to try everything!
EDIT: So far I have tried the Italian One-Pot Chicken Pasta, the Gnocchi With Chicken Sausage & Peppers, and the Dumpling Soup. All three were delicious! They all took me about 15-30 minutes longer to make than the recipes call for, but I think Iâm just slow in the kitchen. Iâm definitely adding these recipes to my usual dinner rotation, and Iâm also going to keep trying more recipes!

I absolutely adore this bookâitâs everything I could have hoped for in a cookbook, and so much more!
Itâs beautifully organized around different moments of the day, from comforting breakfasts to satisfying lunches and dinnersâand even snacks, which was such a fun surprise! No matter what time it is, I find myself reaching for this book.
The design is stunning. The high-quality photos are inspiring, the recipes are easy to follow, and the thoughtful symbols for gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options are super helpful. As someone who needs to eat gluten-free, I love how flexible the recipes areâI can easily adapt them to suit my needs and still enjoy every bite.
The attention to detail is incredible. The book lays flat on the counter, which makes it so practical while cooking or baking. I especially appreciate the ârecipe remixâ notes and tipsâthey open up even more possibilities and hidden gems within each recipe.
So far, Iâve made everything from build-a-bowls and soup jars to breakfast cookies, and Iâve loved every dish. Each recipe is thoughtfully balanced with protein, carbs, fiber, and moreâcreating meals that are not only nutritious but absolutely delicious. If anything, the flavors are even better than expected!
I also found the educational section at the beginning really valuable. I learned so much about nutrition that I hadnât known before.
Another thing I love is the varietyâitâs not just a pasta book or a one-note cookbook. Thereâs a great mix of cuisines, with Asian-inspired dishes on one page and more Western-style meals on the next. The balance between vegetarian and meat options is also great, and the recipes are easy to customize to personal preferences.
Overall, this is my dream cookbookâone I truly cherish. I canât wait to try more recipes and play with different variations. Thank you, Kylie, for creating such a thoughtful, inspiring, and delicious collection!

I love to cook and have a number of cookbooks sitting on my shelf with recipes to “make one day.”
This is the first cookbook that I have opened and immediately knew I would put to use in my day-to-day life, not just use one day.
It is well organized, informative, and her recipes are generally simple and accessible. She has a section for freezer meals, as well as suggestions for easy meal prep (like multiple recipes for jar soups) which just make meal prep on a busy week seem so much easier and more accessible.
The breakfast section is a bit egg heavy, but I found it to be a welcome deviation from the constant sweet breakfast recipes that seem to be everywhere else.
I’ve tried a couple recipes, and so far they have been simple, not too time consuming and pretty good.
