    Well-made and effective fascia tools
I’m recovering from a total knee replacement. My muscles are super tight because at 3 weeks post-op I still can’t straighten my leg all the way. I’m particularly loving the metal fascia tool. It’s easy to use due to the handle, and helping to break up the muscle knots, as well as increase blood flow to my leg and flush out all of this inflammation. I highly recommend this set—it’s well made and really helps with bound up fascia.

    Great tool for muscle injuries
Got this for radial tunnel tendinitis in my right forearm and provided immediate relief! This item is extremely well-made, comfortable to hold, and easy to use. It’s unique configuration offers a lot of different ways to scrape your muscles using the Graston Technique. The technique removes knots and adhesions on your muscles; it also increases blood flow to promote healing. Some minor bruising or flushing of the skin (particularly in the injured area) is common after use. Be sure not to be too aggressive with the tool.I’m really pleased with all the clever uses this item has! The hooked blade nicely wraps around arms and calves. The holes can be used to work on fingers, and the knobs on pressure points (knots). It comes with a sturdy rough fabric carry case that securely snaps shut. Unfortunately, there are no instructions included on how to use it.Luckily, watching one quick YouTube video on the Graston Technique was enough for me to get the basics. After one more quick video on applying the technique to my forearm, I was ready to go! There are a lot of videos available to teach you how to use the technique on any body part (hips, etc.).Please note that I am not a medical expert and none of this review should be considered medical advice. It’s just my personal opinion and experience.

    Great tools for the price
I’m very happy with this set! The metal one has a great weight. The white one is very versatile. It’s similar to a well known fascia tool. It is small enough to work on my hands and big enough to use on my back, arms and legs. The price and quality are also incredible!

Works as intended and nothing like it!
I had pain in my wrist (I think the medical term for the area is TFCC) after spraining it at the gym (wrong form and too much weight during lat pulldowns) that didn’t seem to go away after five months even after stretches and just time. It hurt to pronate/supinate. It wasn’t until I bought this and used it to massage out the scar tissue that it completely healed. The pain went away literally the day I got it and only got better.Usually products like these are dropshipped from aliexpress or temu and the like but I was actually very surprised to see not a single design like this one. Which means this company is legit and creates their own design. And boy what a design it is. The three rings and grip is perfect for single hand use, meaning it’s very easy to use, to pinpoint and add pressure as much as your desire. Also, the dual ball end design adds a lot of variety to what muscle you’re pinpointing. For me, the small side fit perfectly into my TFCC, which is what makes it so perfect. This single object became my favorite item almost immediately. I don’t go anywhere without it, it’s light weight but hefty enough to feel quality and it comes with a nifty felt case. It’s reasonably priced for the comfort it gives. And even though I don’t need it as much, I still use it to spin around.

    Very useful!
I bought this muscle scraper for my knee injury and plantar fasciitis. It definitely helps. It’s solid and high quality, easy to grip in a variety of ways. I would definitely recommend it for your plantar fasciitis therapy regimen.

    Great for facial massage
I use this on myself for massaging my face. I use it on trigger points as well. I have a swollen eye socket which I believe is due to lymph being stuck there for some reason. I am using this tool to help drain it and promote circulation through out my face. It’s a very high quality, stainless steel. I like that it comes with a little felt pouch so it doesn’t get all scratched up. There’s a larger end and a small tiny end which is super convenient. My only regret is that I wish I had bought this sooner.

    Functional with beautiful design
I purchased this item to replace a white ceramic tool I had that broke but is only available now in an ugly brown color that is not even smoothly glazed. This massage tool has “form AND function.” The shape is useful for all the muscles you might want to treat (by scraping, which helps circulation and diminishes pain) & the knobs are great for more pressure (like acupressure). In addition to all this it is washable (& beautiful in its design). As someone with chronic pain that responds to this type of self-treatment I highly recommend it!

Fits in the hand very nicely. The 2 different size tips on both ends works great to dig in. I Use it on my tricep and down the top of my forearm everyday. Can slowly feel the difference with the knots or scar tissues breaking up slowly everyday.
