Well built, moderately priced, indoor cycle
I have had this indoor exercise/spin bike for a little over two weeks. Here are my impressions so far:The bike was easy to assemble by myself although some parts were a bit heavy. Everything was very well packed and protected inside one box, which weighed about 140 lbs. (per UPS). The main portion of the bike was already assembled and on the frame (flywheel, resistance dial, etc.). I installed the front and rear stabilizer bars while the bike was in the garage, and then rolled it into my exercise room. In there, I installed everything else (handlebars, pedals, seat, and bottle holder). Took me less than an hour from initial unpacking to final setup. So far the bike has performed well for me. I’ve used it with spin videos I’ve found on YouTube (check out studio sweat on demand) as well as just while reading on my iPad. I am 5’8” and found that I fit fine on this bike. My wife is 5’2″ and can use the bike although I need to put the handlebars up higher as she doesn’t like the more elongated road bike set up. The bike rolls easily for moving around your room or house. The magnetic flywheel on this bike is very smooth and very quiet. I have used other spin bikes (primarily Keiser) before and this bike is quieter. The seat is comfortable enough but for longer rides I am planning on getting a cushioned seat cover. The only other item I will probably purchase is a pair of dual sided pedals (one side with a cage and the other side set up for SPD clip in pedaling) but I can wait on this for a bit.My only complaint is that this bike does not have a resistance indicator but I knew this before my purchase. I am getting used to the resistance knob, which works fine. I have been using half turns (180 deg) to gradually increase resistance but a full 360 deg turn is needed for noticeable increase during a spin session. Several other bikes that I compared this Sunny model to do have a resistance indicator but were at least $300 more. I did purchase a Wahoo cadence sensor that works fine with my iPhone and is the main indicator you need for spin classes anyway. All in all, this has been a good purchase as a moderately priced spin bike. Unless you are a hard core spin addict, I think this bike would be more than acceptable and you’ll save a lot of money over all of the other higher priced brands (Peloton, Keiser, Echelon, etc.).

Quality Build, Easy Assembly & Hello Peloton Experience
Update: I wanted to add that the Peloton App only works with Apple. And, the price went up since I bought this.I paid $600. At the new price, I don’t know that I would have gotten this one. Just sayin…Original: I purchased this bike after spending a lot of time researching. I knew I wanted a magnetic wheel with belt drive. I watched a guy, tailhappytv on You Tube and he reviews a lot of spin bikes (from his kitchen, kind of funny and helpful). What I liked about this from his review and now as I use it, is the easy installation, the silent spin, the incredibly solid build and actually, the lack of tech. I wanted to create a peloton experience but also have the ability to use whatever app I want to ride to. I also didn’t want the problems of tech that breaks. Some of the bikes have heart rate monitors but they aren’t accurate. Another plus with this bike is it only takes a few turns to get more resistance. That may not not seem like a big deal, but it helps when you’re riding and want to add and subtract resistance. To create my Peloton experience I have their app (which is awesome with all kinds of classes). I use it on a big tv via my Roku. I added the Wahoo cadence sensor. They shout out cadence a lot and you’ll get to know where you should be based on your bike. As a side note, I read that many of the riders on the Peloton leader board, don’t follow the instructors #’s, they spin like crazy to be on the top. So, do your best and follow them if you like. It’s easy to figure out with practice where you should be along with the instructor. Yes, you won’t have power output or speed/distance, but you have the spin of your wheel and your heart rate to guide you. Since I use a tv, I can’t have my cadence displayed there. I use their app on my iphone and look and my heart rate on my watch from time to time. Apple doesn’t play well with others and won’t let Wahoo grab that number. I am going to try an app called HeartCast that is supposed to use your A watch and cast to Wahool. We’ll see, but in the meantime, I take a second and look. Easy.I think the Schwin IC4 is awesome build and bike and I would trust their tech. But it’s $900 plus tax and more than I wanted to spend. A have friends with Peloton and they love them. Either is a great choice. BUT, I’m super happy with mine. In the future I’ll add spin shoes and pedals but for now, I’m just happy to be moving.I recommend this bike for a quality mid range bike with no tech to break. Side note: it’s heavy and I needed help to get it upstairs, or even in the door for that matter. The box arrived crushed in with some of the styrofoam cracked. I took video of unboxing in case it was broken. NOPE…solid bike survived the rough handling.Happy Health!

OK these are my first opinions and I will update this if I have problems after a few weeks …I received the bike today and it needed 2 people to deliver the box to the room of my choice. The first thing to say is it is damned heavy and no way could one man deliver it.To make this short I’ll just say it is packaged superbly and it is so quick and assemble. Allow 30 mins and this includes making a coffee half way through. The bike is real quality and when built is so sturdy. I did 20 mins just to try out and its so smooth and whisper quiet. My only real complaint are the pedals. They have straps on one side but the other is missing SPD cleat fastenings and I’ve searched all over and can’t get them so basically you need to buy new pedals if you want SPD clip ins on the opposite side to the straps. No way near a deal breaker but the addition of them would be the cherry on the cake.Anyhow you may have guessed I’m impressed with the quality and the ride so hopefully when I get more miles In the bike will continue to deliver. I will add as a final point there is no screen or any readout so if you want cadence and heat rate you will need to buy something like a Wahoo cadence sensor and I would recommend the Wahoo tickr arm worn heart rate rate monitor paired with a mobile phone and the Wahoo fit app.Happy ridingMike
