Seems to be doing the trick.
I mix a shake every day for breakfast and usually do the whey protein with coffee in it plus my regular vitamin supplements. When I got this super greens, I was out of protein so i just mixed this with my morning coffee, on ice mind you, 2 scoops, with a hot chocolate pack or two. I had great energy all week … in fact I worked 14hrs overtime and here its Friday evening and I feel wonderful. Not sure if it was the greens but maybe a significant factor. I did experience what may have been a bit of a detox shock on Wednesday where for about an hour or two in the afternoon I felt extremely tired and rundown like something was wrong with me or like I had a spirit of fatigue, then ‘poof’ it was gone at about 4 oclock. Didn’t think about it till now but it very well could have been detox shock as some of these ingredients are known to detox you. I’m also losing some weight without effort and not craving carbs or lunch so bad … I like that … I work with some people who have never skipped a meal and boy they love to eat lunch. its almost disgusting sometimes, with the smells and the dirty carpet and all the money they spend. I get tired and heavy feeling if I eat lunch unless its just a piece of fruit or something, so I usually just skip it. I like feeling my body edging towards ketosis because my liver glycogen is low, makes me feel like I’m losing weight, disciplining my body and fighting off cancer. I’m a healthy 54 year old by the way, a bit overweight but not obese. I’ve taken broken cell chlorella and spirulina powders before and those are good, this is a mix so thats fine. I think the product is fine, seems fresh, has a bit of that Chlorophyl taste which is expected so you’ll want to mix it with something…chocolate or coffee is fine. Its good for you and good for your guts and bowels … also it’ll detox you, so give it a try…seems reasonably priced. I’m going to mix this with the whey protein chocolate flavored next week hopefully…then I’ll feel like I’m getting a more complete breakfast. Good product…would buy again. Thanks

I have been using this product for several years. As a part of my daily health routine, it is consistently good, energizing, alkalizing and boosts fruit and veggie intake. The flavor is fairly neutral, with a kind of “grassy” taste, and slightly sweet (but NO added sweeteners, NO stevia, NO monk fruit, etc.) It mixes easily with water and is very palatable mixed with water. I like it and will continue to order/use as long as it is available. Subscribe and save is a good value, this container lasts about a month when used daily. If you are looking for a quality, good tasting green drink, I would recommend this one.

Iâve been using some form of spirulina for the past ten years. I like it because I typically donât eat as many greens as I should. This is an easy way to me to as something green and beneficial to my diet without having to eat salad after salad. While it generally comes in either powder or pill form, Iâve found that the powder form is more effective for a several reasons: (1) taking up to 6 pills a day can get tedious; (2) the powder generally lasts longer and is more cost effective; (3) if you get the right mix of greens and fruits, the mix can actually taste pretty good.Nested Naturals’ Super Green actually tastes pretty good as far as green drinks go. As I’ve said in other green mix reviews, taste is a subjective thing. Iâve had some popular green products that taste like they came directly from a muddy pond; while Iâve had others that add sugar or sweetener in an attempt to make the taste more palatable. Super Greens only has 1 gram of sugar per serving (1 scoop). You can definitely taste the spirolina and wheatgrass, but that’s balanced with a fruity sweetness that I think may come from the monk fruit or the beets. I’d give the taste a 5 out of 10. In other words, you’re not going to mistake this for fruit punch. That being said — there’s a TON of good stuff mixed in here. You’re getting pure, organic green ingredients without artificial sweeteners and free of pesticides. These are the raw ingredients you WANT in your body. Even with the so-so taste, it’s really the best tasting organic green mix I’ve had so far.Itâs ground somewhat course, so it mixes very well with water. I follow the instructions and mix one scoop with around 6-8 ounces of water. After mixing for about 10 seconds, I chug it down and get on with my day knowing I have a good dose of vitamins, nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants coursing through my system.Overall, I like Nested Natural’s Super Greens. There are a lot of green mixes out there that cost much more than this, but the ingredients are essentially the same. So far I like the price, I like how I feel, and the taste is better than most of the comparable brands. Additionally, it comes in an 8.5 oz. container (about the size of a softball), so it wonât take up too much space on the countertop.

Been using it for a week or two and Iâve noticed an energy boost in the mornings when I drink it. Now, keep in mind I wasnât eating breakfast before at all, so that could be a big part of it. Taste is what youâd expect for a Greens powder but itâs not bad when mixed in milk or juice.

This is my second order. I take one scoop every morning mix with a glass of water that i shug (the taste is really not that bad, but that’s personnal) Anyway, I did go to the bathroom alot the first few days as the body needed to adapt & I’m vegan and already eating alot of greens! Once this period stopped, I started to feel more energetic and also it might sounds stupid, but my nails got healthier and more solid which I took as a good sign of what it could do inside my body if I’m seeing a difference in my nails!I do love this product and intend to keep it in my morning routine

This is my first super green purchase so I can’t compare to others however I’ll go off my experience so far. The flavor isn’t too bad but it definitely tastes like grass so I chug it and wash it down with water. There is no after taste or reflux thankfully. Mixes well with water and hardly any left at the bottom of shaker. Overall it’s ok not sure if I’ll try others once I’m done this but I’ll have to see how the rest of this bottle goes. Maybe I’ll get used to flavor.
