 It’s a simple lamp, but it works well
This is a very simple lamp. But, for the price, I’m very happy with the quality and brightness. The timer function is simple but works for my needs (usually I just use it for an hour in the morning to help me wake up). I also find this really helpful on cloudy days to counteract seasonal depression. And it’s bright enough to light up my whole dorm room. Overall, it’s a simple but effective lamp. Compact and effective!

The brightness of this device is quite impressive! I greatly value its portability, as I typically move around frequently throughout the day. Additionally, it features a timer function, which I utilize, and offers three levels of brightness, with the brightest being my preferred setting. There is also a wake-up timer function that I do not use often. The device appears to be sturdy and well-made!

Shuts off frequently
Product does not work as described. It will randomly turn off on its own, if you try to adjust the brightness settings, it turns off. It basically doesnât work. It shuts off.

This light really works to straightened out sleep schedule
I am not a morning person by any means and usually stay up to the wee hours of the morning and sleep late – and I hate it. Over the past few months I wanted to change that but even when I tried to go to sleep early (before 11pm), I could t fall asleep. I started forcing myself to get up with the alarm between 7-8am (which is early for me) and using this light while I had my morning coffee. Lo and behold, after a few weeks I would be yawning at 930pm and be asleep by 10:30-11pm – which is exactly the sleep schedule I wanted. It absolutely works and is such an inexpensive and easy solution to a problem that has plagued me for decades. Great product.

not sure how accurate 10000 lux setting is, nor am i sure how accurate my phone lux meter is, but it says only about 2000 lux reaches my phone at a distance of about 40-50cm. not enough to make a significant difference to circadian rhythm/mood/serotonin levels.
