Good Steamer
I had issues with this steamer. As soon as it turned on hot and started steaming it turned off. Contacted the vendor and they worked through helping me troubleshoot the problem and had to end up sending me a new one. I appreciate their communication and assistance.

Malfunctioned first day.
Assembly wasnât bad, other than the fact that upon removing from packaging pieces of plastic fell to the ground. I was able to assemble the machine but upon using it on my second client the machine stopped working. It had sufficient water in the tank. It would turn on for 5-10 seconds and shut off. I was really excited to add this to my services but Iâm not sure the quality is there. I have seen other reviews stating the same.

Very efficient
This facial steamer on a rolling stand is more convenient than a tabletop model but the problem I have with all facial steamers, it seems, is being comfortable during the process of the actual steaming. Yes, the wand moves up and down and rotates but it would be so much better if it was equipped with a flexible gooseneck type head. I think you would be able to move it to adjust to your face instead of moving your head to adjust the head to your face. Maybe Iâm being too needy but a girl can dream. I just find it difficult to sit in a certain position for what I consider an extended amount of time without becoming restless and giving up on the process. But enough about me. This product was easy to assemble and the video on the product description page is excellent. Itâs one of the best Iâve seen as far as instructing you how to assemble a product without the use of words. I wish all products that require assembly were accompanied with a video of this quality. The machine performs exactly as stated. I have not used the aromatherapy function as I think itâs weird to have an oil misting out of a machine and into the direction of your face. The only issue I have, and itâs just the nature of the beast, is that it does take up a considerable amount of space. So that is something you need to take into consideration before ordering. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.
