Quiet with stable performance
My wife likes the simplicity of this steamer machine. It’s great to work on sections for extraction or just a quick steam for moisture and hydration. The steam comes out evenly, and there is also an Ozone setting. The water holder is made from plastic, and I fear for its durability but so far so good. It is very easy to assemble. The stand base is easy to move and stable during use on regular floors. The steamer and the lamp have individual cords so you would need to plan accordingly for the two extra outlets. I do wish the seller had figured out a wiring system that would have required only one cord to plug in to the wall outlet rather than two. It is abundantly obvious that they married together non-matching items (light and steam machine) that weren’t designed as a unit. As such, each is essentially a separate unit that shares a common stand / base. Not a problem per se, just an observation and a minor inconvenience.

I bought this cause it look like the professional one we use at school. The product itself it great but it occasionally goes out in the middle of a service and I have to turn it back on. The timer doesnât work properly, you can have the steamer on a timer and it just still blows past the time itâs set to. However if you have it to âONâ it wonât steam at all, weird but yea. The light is extremely bright and adjustable and the steamer blows very well. Which is why I havenât returned it yet. Also I canât just turn it off using the button I have to completely unplug the system. It will flash when you are low on water. Make sure you clean it weekly. It was very easy to assemble tho. Oh when trying to adjust it to its tallest level it will slide back down on its own. I donât believe Iâll have this product long. It does the job for now tho.

This item is junk, do not waste your money! It quit working after 3 months! I have tried to contact the seller and I have had no luck! This is my job and livelihood and now Iâm out another steamer from this company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
