Customers say
Customers find the knee brace well-made and effective, providing good support with extra support on the sides and helping with pain relief by decreasing aching and swelling. They appreciate its stability, noting it never slips down and stays in position during movement, while also praising its compression and value for money. The fit receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s a great fit, others mention it can become very tight at the top.

Won’t give you a new knee — but does give much support and makes getting around less painful
I like this product a great deal — in fact after I bought the first one I used it for a few days and then purchased another one for my other knee. I have even recommended them to friends who also are futureknee replacement patients. At first I thought I would wear this every day. However, as with any sleeve worth its salt, the compression is tight and it caused my foot to swell after wearing it for 8 hours or longer. The swelling was gone by morning, but I tend now to just wear it when I am going to be walking or otherwise exercising my knees. The product seems well made, fits well, is easy to get on (make sure you have the right size) and holds in place. Overall it is a great product for the price. Just don’t expect to feel like you have a brand new knee.

Fantastic Compression sleeve
We purchased this Knee Compression Sleeve Support for our son. He is a avid rock climber, hiker and loves snow boarding. He is one year post major knee reconstruction surgery and has rehab-ed to get his knee back in shape. His first snow boarding attempt was successful however after the first day on the slopes his knee had some swelling and stiffness. He stated he had some snowboarding maneuvers he was not able to do. So we looked for the best compression sleeve but with support and not bulky.Well, we found the perfect one. Tech Wave Pro is just that. He is snowboarding in Canada and with steep trails and black diamond runs. These are his comments “My knee is doing great, no swelling, awesome compression sleeve, rode like a pro.” That is high praise as he is a man of few words so this Compression Sleeve is working well and allowing him to feel more comfortable and stable. Great job.The measurements were perfect, the material is soft enough but still sturdy and not bulky. The sleeve fits well under snow pants. This is a fantastic and well made product and we are so thrilled to have found it, got it for him before his big ski trip. Excellent price also…..Thanks

TechWare wins over Bauerfeind
I had essentially worn out three Bauerfeind knees sleeves when I came across the TechWare product. The executive summary is that the TechWare is the winner. If money were no object I would probably stick with the Bauerfeind. Here is my take on the two products:Bauerfeind – great product. While I am never sure if the support is more psychological than physical I do know that I have less knee pain after my 3 to 6 mile runs. The Bauerfeind is slightly longer than the TechWare (see pictures) which gives me the sense of better support and compression over a larger area. It reaches further up my leg. The patella âdonutâ is very similar in size and feel to the TechWare so that is not an issue. There is a âVâ band of gel material on the upper part of the Bauerfeind to reduce slippage down the let. Having been through 3 of these I find that this is the first part of the sleeve that gives way. It starts to peel off over time. There are similar plastic struts or supports that run vertically most of the length of both sides of the sleeve in both products. The Bauerfeind seems to be more shaped while the TechWare is heavier piece of long rectangular plastic. That said, there is no noticeable difference between the two while wearing and running.TechWare – good product. Overall the sleeve seems beefier than the Bauerfeind and gives the impression that it might last longer. My biggest complaint is that it is not quite as long. The stretchy material seems to have a stouter weave but stretches nicely. I wear a medium in both products and there is no noticeable difference. As you might expect, the Bauerfeind stretches over time (the primary reason for replacement) and I think the TechWare will eventually have the same problem. The heavier construction makes me think it might last a bit longer. As mentioned above, the patella âdonutâ and vertical plastic supports may have subtle differences but they cannot be felt during wear and use. Conclusion – Given the huge price differential and that you can buy several TechWare sleeves for the cost of one Bauerfeind sleeve coupled with negligible performance differences I recommend the TechWare.

Good Knee Brace but runs very large.
I have gone through close to a dozen different knee braces in the last year. Most work but wear out quickly and start to slide and bunch over time. This one is very supportive and I really like how the “ring” holds the knee cap in place. The one major problem is the sizing. The size chart is useless, according to the chart I should order a Large, I know this is ridiculous as I have very skinny knees and every knee brace I have ordered has been a medium and a couple of smalls. The smallest they offer is a medium so I ordered that. Glad I followed my intuition rather than the sizing guide as the medium is just a little bit too big. Doesn’t fall down or anything but is just not as snug as it should be. Hoping with repeated washings it will “shrink-up” a little. If you have “normal” size knees this will probably work great for you just be aware of the sizing issue.

Love it!
I have a number of issues with my knee, including a stretched meniscus, so I’ve tried quite a few braces; this is by far my favorite. It fits snug and secure on my leg. It’s not bulky and does not bind at the back of the knee. It just slides on; no clasps or scratchy velcro closures. I used their measurement guide and found I sat on the line between sizes so I took their recommendation and went with the smaller size. I’m glad I did, as it fits nice and snug, without slipping and offers a very comfortable level of compression. I typically use it only when working out or hiking, but could easily wear it all day without any discomfort.

Its a little tight when you first start wearing it, but I find it gives me excellent support exactly where I need it. It helps me to walk much better and having the good support also helped with my pain.I highly reccomend this it has support for the knee and sides of the knee!! Great product!!!

Strained my knee during the winter. It got soo bad I couldnât walk without it collapsing under me. When I saw this. I figured why not. Best money Iâve spent. Fits snugly. Provides me with stability and pain relief while walking. Wonât go anywhere without it. Doctor thought it was a good idea I bought it. Cheaper than ordering one for $$$$$$. Mind you. For me itâs great. Do receive doctor instructions if someone is suffering any mobility issues. This works for me but not others. Everyoneâs issues are different.
