What Exactly Is Waterless Cold Air Diffusion?

Plug It In
When first using our Wireless Diffuser, it must be plugged in for it to operate. For wireless operation, both ends of the power cord need to be plugged in for a minimum of 12 hours to charge before unplugging.
Do Not Add Water. Fill Adequately
Do not add or mix any water into the diffuser bottle-only pure, undiluted diffuser oil should be used. A minimum of 30mL (loz) of diffuser oil is required for the diffuser to operate.
Close Tightly
When refilling the container, insert the diffuser head into the diffuser body, and be sure to screw the diffuser head clockwise and secure it very tightly, otherwise it will not diffuse.
Clean Regularly
To avoid clogging, clean the diffuser tube and bottle with rubbing alcohol once a month or between refills. Please reference the manual for cleaning instructions.

Absolutely love this diffuser! Excellent quality, beautiful elegant design, looks great in any room. It puts out a tremendous amount of fragrance that lingers for a long time. And I like that you can see it diffuse the oil so you know itâs working. I have a couple more diffusers in a different brand and Iâm never sure they are working because you canât see it when itâs diffusing and theyâre not really strong smelling even on the high settings.While I have it set up in the living room the scent even reaches our family room and smells amazing. So far It seems to hold battery power really well on low even with the light on and uses very little essential oil. Love the convenience of the remote control.Thinking of buying another in a different color but really only need the one because itâs so powerful.Canât say enough about how great this diffuser is. Would highly recommend it!

I bought my diffuser on cyber Monday in November and from the day that I got it it worked perfectly and oh boy did I fall in love. Literally the best home diffuser Iâve ever seen seen. Unfortunately, mine stopped working this morning, and upon reaching out to the seller, they took care of me above and beyond my expectations from any vendor. I am now a customer for life. The unit itself is sleek looking and blends right in with my home decor. I wouldâve paid so much more for the quality. The strength of this small diffuser is phenomenal. Best part you can barely hear when it goes on. And if your TV is on or you have company and thereâs talking happening, you wonât even know other than the light indicator that flashes when itâs dispensing. Best value for such a small product.

I purchased this product and was in love with the smell and output. By month 3 it was coming on randomly throughout the day and when it tried to turn it off it wouldn’t work. By month 4 it wasn’t working at all. Complete waste of money

This diffuser is an absolute beast! It’s the largest and most powerful diffuser I’ve ever bought, I found that others just weren’t high enough quality or getting the scent distributed enough. The design is ultra modern and sleek. About performance: This thing is a total game changer. It’s build quality is supreme the metal is clearly of high quality the finishes are great and it’s performance is incredible. I first set it up in my home and I found that it could easily fill the entire space on the first setting the lowest one. So then I thought well what if I take it to my photo studio which is much better than any one room in my house and I was pleasantly surprised that it was also able to handle that scenario where it filled the entire space evenly with the fragrance.Once I set it up I honestly never heard or thought about it again I just noticed that the room started smelling amazing and time for my clients to arrive. Anyone on these reviews that says that it’s noisy is incorrect, it is a machine it will have some noise however this is extremely minimal especially for how powerful the machine is. Also cleaning it was very easy just make sure that you use isopropyl alcohol after you rinse the reservoir in order to fully get the first scent out of the reservoir before you put the next scent in.The remote control functionality is super convenient. I can adjust the settings from anywhere in the room with one click of a button and not have to go up to the device which saves me time. And let’s not forget the night light feature. A nice touch up that it adds a lovely, calming ambiance to any room, it just seems so welle integrated to the various spaces I’ve had it in. If small or big space, this things gpt you more than covered!

Set up and battery use
We like the unit very much, the levels of aroma are just right (we use the low mostly). My one issue is with the instructions that come with the unit – they could be more descriptive of how to set it up. The Amazon site sez to leave it plugged in for 12 hours at first ( the instructions do not even mention this – just to plug it in when you first use it). Didnât realize the batteries were chargeable ⦠the blinking blue light is a clue ð.Otherwise a really nice unit – I would suggest you purchase.

The concept is great and when it works it’s great. The first one I ordered worked about 3 mos, maybe. And then just stopped working. Customer service however, was extremely helpful and on my word, over the phone, they sent me a brand new one and I was able to toss the first one in the trash. No return.
