Nightly Routine
I was anxious for this to come. As soon as I ordered it I couldnât wait for the delivery. 2 day shipping comes in handy when you want something … like yesterday. Itâs been 2 weeks since it came, and I couldnât wait to drive in with an open mind. I never truly journaled for real. I wasnât really sure what to expect. The questions are something that make you reflect on different parts in your life and different emotions, goals, what have you learned about your anxiety and depression and how it really affects you. I have been doing 1 page every single night before bed. Certain things I have wrote about occur in every day life… and you are more aware because you will think I just recently wrote about this feeling/goal/issue etc. It also helps to get frustrations out. I have filled up the entire page space and most pages I end up needing to continue on notebook paper. If I have to go to blank paper, I date it and then fold the paper in half. Then I fold the page in half and place it in the pages where it belongs. At the top I include the time Iâm writing, weather, and date. I feel like In a year fromNow if I read through I may find patterns in that. I have bad seasonal depression … we have been very lucky and have had milder temperatures. Where I live between March and end of April sometimes winter and snow hold on, and you think warmer weather will ever come.If you are on the fence about getting this… I say go for it!

Received it today looks good
Looks like a good journal. Received it today. Decided to write it in a lined notebook so it can be used more than once. Since im doing it separate from the actual book, im setting it up as a 5 yr journal. That way i can go back each year and see how ive change whether good or bad Specially since ive suffered all my life with severe stress and anxiety and depression. Ill write out the pages question or activity on the page of the notebook then the answer. Will update later on how it works and the activities and questions.Edit: being using it for about 2 1/2 weeks. It is a good journal. Makes me really think and delve more into what triggers my anxiety what can do help myself. I am impressed. My neighbor who recommended journaling loved the book. She said the questions and exercises were really good for in depth work for anxiety. May get her one for christmas next year.I will say it being a paperback it could tear up easy. I get around this by putting the questions and answer for each day in a spiral notebook. Going to try to use it this way for 5 years and see how im progressing. Keeps the book in better shape

This book has been very helpful.
I bought this book in February and Iâve been using it for the past six months. It really has helped me deal with some of the issues I was going through, especially early this year. Anytime I felt overwhelmed, I would just open this book and write down my feelings. I really like the prompts in the book as well.

Definite Need & Highly Recommend
The short synopsis of Depression…Stress…Mental Health…etc was very beneficial to me. I ð that I can make the book my own by answering question and I don’t have to go in order.
