    Really Helpful
When I first looked at this journal on Amazon, I wasn’t sure it was a serious tool. But when it arrived and I read the simple truth behind forming positive habits, right away I knew it was valuable because of its simple brilliance: ease of use! It redundantly offers page after page of easy-to-use replicated weeks, recorded daily, to record sleep, activity, meal intake, and overall mood. It is simple and that’s its strength. Things that are easy to use, people will use. The healthy habits that are emerging as a result of having a daily visual reference of progress in those 4 specific areas of life will improve life!

Great tool to help you discover trends impacting mental health and mood
What I like about this journal over many others is how simple and easy it is to integrate into your daily routine. It’s for 52 weeks which are organized by day to track and keep score of your physical activity, sleep, meals and overall mood. Each week has a tally score which then can be tallied to an annual score. It’s a good tool to help you discover good or bad trends that could be impacting your mental health.

Good for tracking mood, sleep, activity, and eating habits
The title of this wasn’t exactly what I expected. It isn’t a journal in my opinion, but it is a good tracker for an entire year of overall mood, sleep, activity, and eating habits. I definitely think it can be helpful to track these things, but I don’t think this points system will work for everyone. For example, some people do intermittent fasting and it is better for them to only eat 2 meals a day, but in this case they would get better points to eat 3 or more meals a day. So a person eating 7 meals a day and overeating is doing the best according to this? Overall, I do think it could be a useful tracker for many to keep track of these things, but to be a “complete” mental health and wellness journal workbook I would expect a bit more.

Writing things down feels different from using an app
I’ve only used this journal for two days, and I already feel more in control of my mental health. The simple daily tracking makes it easy to spot patterns, and the quick reflections help me reset my mindset. Looking forward to seeing how this helps over the next few weeks.

    Wellness tracking workbook
This is a simple tracker for daily sleep, physical activity, meals and mood, over 52 weeks. It’s easy to complete and it works because it helps create an awareness around our habits, which is the first step to changing them for the better. It’s not a journal though, as there is no space for journaling here. You can take some simple notes, but mainly it’s for quick daily tracking and rating of sleep, physical activity, meals and mood.

    More of a tracker!
I found this ‘Journal workbook’ more of a tracker and not necessary a self care guide journal. It had sleep, activity, meals and mood logs to track. Which is ok for a tracker. However it would have been great if the author provided some A+ content to show a glance of what is inside as the description does not capture what this book is about.

    Simple and keeps you consistent
The book is simple, but cleanly laid out. I like the fact that it quickly visually shows you what you’re recording and helps keep you consistent. Then you can compared those basic habits to your overall state. Simple, but effective and fun!

This journal book should suppose to record my weekly routine for health and meals etc. However the interior is too basic to record anything. There also lacks space to write. A bit let down to be honest.

This journal is super simple to use. In just a few minutes a day, you can jot down your thoughts and track your emotions. It helps you spot patterns and triggers, making self-care an easy daily habit.I really liked its straightforward design, though I wish there was a bit more space for free writing. Overall, it’s an effective and low-pressure way to boost your mental well-being.

This book is okay if you’re looking for a simple habit tracker about how much hours you sleep, how many times you eat, and how many minutes of activities you do daily for an entire year. However, the way it was presented and how the title sounds, you have the impression that it would contain a bit more than just boxes to tick. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for such a tracker, you do instantly have it for a year, giving you insights in your habits.
