High quality, strong, and durable
My physical therapist recommended I use these bands at home after a knee injury. My knee was immobile for weeks after the injury leading to muscle wasting and flexibility issues. These bands were a lifesaver both strengthening the muscles and helping flexibility. They are strong and hold up well. There is no funky smell (which was a concern!) and have held up perfectly. They function as they should and Iâm glad I purchased them. This set also comes with varying strengths so lasted while I progress through PT

Works As Intended.
They’re not as quality as the ones you get from the therapist, but they work as intended. They stretch too much on the loose areas, anything that isn’t with traction on your body. Better example: the band spills too much over your traction-point. If you get a good grip/handfulâit’s just a small rope. Resistance feels accurate. Very good weight for the set it comes in. I guess that’s more speech to comfortability and physical sensitivity. It works well otherwise.You can use this for recovery, for physical therapy “homework,” or for posture training. Versatile. They’re small enough to wrap all 3 and place them in a plastic bag (sandwich size bag). Durable, as they have not yet torn or broke!

These are really fantastic. Was looking for the same brand as used by NHS and delighted found them on Amazon. Contrary to the other brands, these are beginner bands so are very âlowâ resistance/weight. Great if youâre recovering from injury, or want to simply tone up instead of bulking up.Really good quality too, with three different resistance strengths to help gently progress. Well worth the money.
