Exercise bands, that work very well -strongly recommend
This is the same brand of exercise band used by licensed physical therapists. They worked well easy to adjust well-made but under tension at a certain point because of some inherent weakness to the material they do break.

High quality exercise band
I went for physical therapy for my knees about 9 months ago. I was given many exercises to do and quite a few of them involved uing a rubber thera band. The physical therapist gave me what I needed but now, 6 months after the therapy is done, my knees are much better but I must continue doing the exercises on a regular basis to keep them healthy and strong. What I didn’t plan on was the rubber bands breaking. They fully wore out and I didn’t know what to do. Luckily I quickly thought to do what I always do which is turn to Amazon first. And to no surprise they had exactly what I needed at an excellent price. This is a high quality thera band and getting 6 yards of it means if they break I always have more on hand. I’m a bug guy at 6′ and 260 pounds and the medium band I got provides the perfect strength, flexibilty and resistance I need. If you need to stock up on thera bands for exercises or whatever purpose I can say this brand is of the highest quality. Highly recommend.

Love Thera-Band!
Thera-Band has always been a favorite of mine for resistance training. I’ve worked with residents in a care home for a short time, for physical & occupational therapy, and Thera-Band was always what we used. They are great quality, the various strengths suit just about EVERYONE. Plus, they are color coated, which makes it easier for not only the consumers to keep track on which ‘level’ they’re using, but also the employees/therapists to prescribe easily. I purchased this roll for myself, no different than any other exercise bandsâ but I KNEW thera-band was a good, long lasting, quality product. So, I use it myself! A few months back I purchased larger rolls of resistance bands (yellow, red and green), so I’d have a variation. Sadly, they were a no-name brand. I thought they were all the same, same material, same colors & strengths.. but I was wrong. The rolls I received (from another brand) came all stuck together, there was no lubricant on the band, so the roll was just one big chunk- trying to unravel it was impossible. That was a mess. However, THERA-BAND hasn’t let me down. The light powder dusted on the bands provides a great lubricant for keeping the bands smooth and easily maneuverable. Two thumbs up!

Therabands do the Job for me
I started using bands during therapy for rotorcuff surgery about 10 years ago. I believe the brand being using in the therapy center was theraband. The therapy center gave me a band to take home to continue rehab after I had met therapy goals and have been using them off and on since. I started with the lower band strengths and worked my way up to black and recently have started to incorporate silver in my workout routines. I know I have purchased at least 2 boxes of the black and one of the silver. A box contains an 18 foot length of band. For my purposes I cut them into 3 6-foot lengths. I use the bands for upper body strength training (arms, shoulders, back). I am not looking for bulk but rather for maintaining strength and flexibility with an emphasis on flexibility. I have used weights and high-faluting machines in the past but find the band exercises suit my purposes just fine. (I am in my seventies and just trying to hang on to what I’ve got!)The one and only reason I gave a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star is: Bands break!!! And when they break you must always be prepared for that event. This is NOT a defect in the Theraband brand it is one of the risks in using bands. Probably a good idea to check your bands for wear and tear and replace them before they break. With that in mind I use them until they break. Keeps you ‘on your toes’ when working out!!!

Helpful and customizable for my shoulder rehab!
The extra light option has really helped me with my shoulder rehab. Other âlightâ bands were still a little too difficult while I was building my strength back up. With this, Iâm able to customize the resistance. So happy I found this!

It works if you use it
I’m really making use of this. I’m too old and broken to use weights anymore. I’ve gotten a lot of muscle definition back with this.

Just like the physical therapists use
This is what you’ll get when working with a physical therapist. I’ve had many years of PT for various muscle strains, imbalances, etc. and this is the stuff they use. The green band I purchased is about 1/2 way down the difficulty line to the best of my knowledge and a good place to start when you’re rehabbing average muscles.

Good value. It allows you to get the length of theraband that you need, a big advantage over those that are sold at a pre arranged length.
Micheline Laporte –
Très bonne qualité et durabilité…
Sailesh Nallapothu –
Great theraband but not sufficient information has been posted that multiple quantities will increase the length of theraband. I got a short band as I gave quantity as 1.
