It does help, but can take some time to get started.
I found that taking this product did indeed help my dry eye issues, although it did not cure them. Please be aware that it will take time for the effect to be noticed, so give it a month or two before deciding whether or not to continue. Adding non-preservative eye drops will help dry eye as well, and a warm damp washcloth over your eyes twice a day can work for many.

Worked from the first day!
This product I highly, highly recommend. I was taking eye drops for my dry eyes which I took multiple times a day. Then I found this product here on amazon. Only need 1 pill instead of 3 for results
I’ve been battling dry eyes for a year now. I read reviews and decided to try these. I started only taking one daily instead of the 3 it says. Within one week I could notice a difference.
