Excellent Pool Thermometer
Excellent! Bought this unit to replace a different brand that was defective. Extremely satisfied with this unit, I have the temperature sensor in the skimmer box of our inground concrete pool and the receiver unit on the refrigerator in the kitchen, at least 50′. Works great, no connection issues,very accurate, large numerals. Very easy set up right out of the box. Couldn’t be more satisfied.Unlike the previous brand that we had for a while but then the sensor began to leak. Contacted their customer service and their only response was “it’s out of Warranty “. It probably only needed a new gasket, but no, they were of no assistance. So I wrote a negative review for their product on Amazon.So in conclusion, I am very happy with this pool thermometer and highly recommend – plus their product description mentions that they have excellent US based customer service, hopefully I won’t need it…

Works well
I very much like this what this does, and rate it a 4 because it does exactly what I expect it to, so do not see a need to rate it a five. I wanted somehting to keep my pool water temp and outdoor air temp. this does that. There is a small removable magnet on the back that you can use to place this on a metal piece to hold it. I had perfect use for that, so t was advantageous for me.

Excellent customer service!
I had some difficulty with setting this up(which turned out to being just ME being dense) so I texted customer service. I received a generated response almost immediately asking for details. Once I sent the response, a service resp responded promptly and explained what to do. This was the fastest response Iâve ever received from any company!The floating thermometer has a large temperature readout and the control device is also easy to read and to change settings. The humidity reading is a nice extra feature.Iâve only had it a day, but the great customer service gives me great hope that this unit will be a reliable tool.

The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the unit that goes in the pool. Customer service asked me a few questions and within minutes determined that the unit was defective and arranged for a new one to be shipped.

Iâve got two of these nowâ¦.one for our bathtub, one for our pool. They work great, I rarely write reviews but this is a seriously nice product at a fair price.Iâll point out that the receiver has three channels yet there is no way to change the channel on the transmitter; the instructions say to order another transmitter for say channel 2. Best I can tell this isnât even availableâ¦..but so far (and somehow) both transmitter/receiver pairs work great together!My bathtub unit Iâve had for well over a year and both transmitter and receiver are still on the first set of (included) AAA batteries!New addition to my previous review:My latest unit leaked water which killed it. I was two days past the return window at Amazon. However, Amazon linked me to a chat window at the company and they are sending me a new one! Great support!

Good remote thermostats and excellent customer service
The thermometer gave excellent results for the first couple of weeks, but the waterproofing failed, and the sensor unit died. I contacted the company and got excellent customer service, and a quick replacement was on its way. This is the third product I’ve bought from Thermopro, and their remote thermostats are very good. I would recommend them. I gave it four stars because of the failure and because of the outstanding customer service.

First one lasted 2.5 weeks, the screen on the thermometer went bad fast, water got into the display but it still sent data to the monitor inside. It finally died shortly after display going bad. Was inside 30 day return window so Amazon sent me a replacement. The 2nd one went bad even faster. This time i contacted the manufacturer and they were really easy to work with and are sending me a 3rd one. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because when it works, its great, and customer service was good.

Have been using my original transmitter and am very happy with it. I bought a second one to have two units to compare the front and back of my property. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that Iâm having problems getting both to work at the same time.
