Overall good vitamin, however I wouldnât recommend it people suffering with bluffing, upset stomach and even mild stomach issues, because this vitamin does have such strong unpleasant odor. Not sure what it is but sure strong ðªð¼ and somewhat makes me cringe. And I am a plumber too!
