First of all, I want to start out by saying that I’ve only owned this a day. So far, I like it. I’ve used trigger point foam rollers before and they work well for my shins and calfs, but quads and hamstrings are hard to get. This little tool performs the same sort of pressure but is more manuverable. It is basically a rolling pin with a bit of hard foam over it with rubber grips (reminds me of handle bar grips). I can feel it working my muscles and I’m very pleased so far. I’ll be updating to 5 stars after I start to notice the effects of having well massaged muscles.I bought it primarily for my legs and knees, but It can also be used for chest and biceps/triceps (arm day yesterday) and it takes some of the edge off the sore muscles. I’m looking forward to having my girlfriend use it on my back to see what happens!Pros:LengthFirmlessFeel massaged with little effortCons:Ummm… Nothing so far. $30 was a bit steep maybe

Der Roller stinkt wie die Pest nach Chemie , sowas ist ja Gift !!! Das schlimmste ist aber dass man ihn nicht mehr zurückschicken kann, obwohl ich ihn über Prime bestellt habe, also sowas ist mir noch nie passiert und es steht auch nirgendwo dabei, dass man das Teil behalten muss wenn man es bestellt hat. Das ist doch ganz was neues hier bei Amazon, da traut man sich ja gar nichts mehr zu bestellen !!! VORSICHT NICHT BESTELLEN; KANN BEI NICHTGEFALLEN NICHT ZURÃCKGESCHICKT WERDEN !!!!!
