Used this with my sister. She would get uncomfortable in her wheelchair, but repositioning her was difficult. We put this in the chair before we put her in it so it was under her upper legs. It allows us shift her enough to get her comfortable again.

The four handles seems like overkill but it does give a good balanced lift with extra strength. I am carer for my husband, he had a stroke three years ago and I always used a basic transfer belt, but at that time he could walk with my help but 8 months ago because of having osteoporosis he fractured his femur and the walking became problematic but standing and pivoted remained, so when I saw this it occurred to me it might be better than the original belt and I am finding it to be safer in that I like to get it under my husband arms which when he stands gives more stability for him and for me to hold him upright safely. The four handles surprised me but certainly not intrusive.
