Relieves my soar muscles
I use this exact product in my pilates class and love it! I bought one for my home to relieve my tight muscles especially my gluten. It is an excellent tool to get deep into the muscle. There are a million ways to use this product. I love figuring out new ways to stretch out and work out knots. I’ve tried cheaper products but they are too hard and not nearly as good.
