Fish oil review
Was looking for a good quality fish oil. 3600 mg fish oil, 1300mg EPA and 860mg of DHA was one of the higher stengths at similar price to lower strength fish oils. Capsule is a little large but easy to swallow. Didnt have any side effects such as an upset stomach and my bloodwork has indicated my cholesterol is in a healthy place. Would recommend

Great Choice
Started taking these to alleviate joint pain and inflammation. They seem to be good quality. Fairly easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Later in the day I burped. It tasted like tuna but I couldn’t remember eating tuna that day. Oh yeah, it was the fish oil 𤪠not a deal breaker. Time will tell how well they work.

Honestly I couldn’t know if it is actually doing anything for me personally but as far as fish oil it seems to be the best. No smell at all, no taste. Even my sweat wasn’t fishy. The flavour is so not fishy that when I popped one to give to my cat, she actually didn’t recognize it as fish oil, which she loves, and I had to rub a little on her nose she’d try it, and then she enjoyed it.
