Good size and Sturdy
Nice roomy bag with inside compartments to store your first aid supplies so they can be found quickly. There is also one outside compartment. This bag will hold a moderate amount of supplies. It would be nice if there was a first aid symbol or label included on the bag, but it was a good bag for the money.
Short Stuff –
Amazing how much it holds! Very Sturdy and a good price!
My only wish is that they had one about half again as big. A medium size. I tend to over do things (I believe in Mr. Murphy’s law) but the first bag was good for all the aides (splints, tweezers, scissors, snake bite kit etc etc) and the topical anesthetics, antibiotics and other creams/sprays but not the bandages etc. I had to buy another bag to put those in.One commenter had a negative about packing the flaps. The trick is that if you have stuffed the main compartments ( I did) then you have to pack the flaps so that they are only about 2/3 full from top down so the bottom part that folds over the main compartments on each side has nothing in it.

Sturdy, handy clear sections for all your first aid needs
This is a really nice bag for a first aid kit, and what I like best about it is the fact that it’s the only one I could find that *didn’t* come with a bunch of loops and predetermined storage sections. The openness of the design meant I could fill it with whatever I needed without having to figure out how to jerryrig it all together so it would fit. My only beef with this item is that once it’s completely full of stuff, it’s hard to zipper shut, and I’m really straining those zippers with all I packed in. If the vinyl interior sections are packed to their full capacity, you’ll have a hard time closing it. That was kind of frustrating. Other than that, it seems to be a decent bag and I love that it’s a double-zipper on the outside so you can quickly access your things. Great first aid bag!
sooo many gadgets –
Perfect for my dogs’ first aid kit
I wanted a good bag to hold and organize first aid supplies for our pups. This bag is perfect! It’s just the right size to hold everything (except one wide bottle of activated charcoal powder). I have an assortment of single use gels, ointments, that sort of thing in one flap, a muzzle in the other flap, a soft cone in the largest pocket, and the other two large pockets hold bandages, Benadryl, styptic powder, and antiseptic spray. It’s easy to stick in the car when we go on hikes or trips.

Good quality
I am a paramedic and use this for a IV bag, durable with enough pockets to keep everything organized with quick easy access

Close but falls flat
The overall size of the bag is quite nice. I like that all the compartments are zippered to help prevent spills of items when in use.The zipper placement in the nooks of the bag – they can be reached but it is more inconvenient than it should be. It’s harder to grip them and when dealing with an emergency, you want easy access. The plastic is quite horrid. If you attempt to fill with anything that is not exact shape, the plastic almost shrink wraps the items when you close the bag. If you fill up the plastic compartments, the bag is not wide enough to close without strain. It is very close, but missing just a few inches to make it fully functional. The flaps on either end are nice for quick access items, but when the plastic compartments are full, the flaps do not lay flat and the items inside will bend.In all, it’s definitely not the worst bag. I feel like it offers an okay value for the price but don’t see it holding up to frequent use.I will be searching for another bag as this one does not meet my family’s needs for first aid.

Trunab fold up bag
Worked great for my accessory bag for traveling

I have had one of the larger trauma bags from Trunab for about 3 years now and have loved it. I finally decided to buy another smaller one for in my daypack for Scouts and this was a great choice. The only thing I would have prefered in the design was the two flap pockets to be split in half for better organization of small pieces. This was something I knew it wasnt before I bought it though, and I just fed the pockets through my sewing machine and that did the job!If you are looking for a first aid kit bag around this size, you will not be disapointed by purchasing this one!

Great bag for the “do it yourselfer” preferred to get my own materials to properly set up the grab & go. Alcohol antiseptics, pain pills, stomach remedies bla bla bla etc. See through vinyl zipper pockets and zipper mesh compartments.Impressive and worth it. Thanks.
