Easy to assemble & use

A bit hard to use, but it works
This is actually a decent piece of equipment for an arm workout. I can actually feel resistance when using the outer hand placement bars; it does absolutely nothing when I try to use the inner grips, though. I’m not sure if it’s user error (and weakness) or the fact that the padding spins when I grab it, rather than staying put, but I can’t do any exercises from that position. It would be nice if it came with a more detailed manual and some exercises for each grip. That said, I think this will be an effective, quick tool to help me get arm exercises in in a pinch, and it’s a plus that it takes up very little space (it’s essentially just three pieces (the center piece and two ends).
