I have tried melatonin, 5mg and 10mg, sleeping gummies, sleeping aid, you name it. This combination of Tylenol and sleeping aid branded Tylenol PM is what works for me. When I travel for work internationally this is particularly helpful to help me get good sleeping time while adapting to different time zone for a week. I donât use it everyday, but for days I lack sleep and need to get a good recovery sleep this is my go to. Warning: label mentions not taking this with alcohol
