I purchased this product to help me with my posture and pain. I have a lumbar metal bar that was surgically inserted a few years back to keep my spine straight. This product is easy to put on, holds tight with the velcro, works well for my pain relief and great for my posture. I am not looking at the floor anymore. It is very easy to wear and adjustments can be made in seconds. Great product for the money.

8 inch width in back
Made well, stays flex some, and ventilation helps. Large fits a bit tight for 41″ waist, but it says it will feel tight at first. Go to XL size for sure if waist is 43″ or more. Belt height is 8″ in back which is about 1 -2 inches too wide for a people 5’4″ or less. But I didn’t find a thinner belt. I like that the back rectangular pad is attached with Velcro so it is easy to adjust or remove. That makes it easier to clean, too. It works better for me to put on by undoing the top straps and sticking them back enough for the elastic to buckle. Then I put on the belt securing main straps. After that, I undo the top straps and pull both at the same time to stretch to where I want to secure them. I haven’t worn it enough to say if this will help with multiple herniated discs and twisted vertebrae yet.

Really supports well but the sizing is small. Order a size up for total comfort. Maybe my problem was that I wore it out by clothing but you are not supposed to wear it on your skin due to possible irritation

Best one I’ve gotten thus far. I have a bad back and somtimes when I bend or turn a certain way is hurts. This brace really is comfortable and durable. It’s easy to adjust and very supportive on the back.
