Great Flavors and 0 sugar. But (caution), only flavors 16 ounces of water. It tastes watered down if you use more than 16 ounces. All of our other electrolyte packs from other companies give full flavor to at least 24 ounces of water. So you may have to use two sticks if you have a need to flavor any size over 16 ounces.
