I use these 4 or 5 days a week and they have helped me so much. I have a little home gym and do not have a lot of weights so these were a great affordable substitute. Love the large size range. They have great stretch and have have not seen anything wrong with them yet such as pulled parts or cuts. I’ve had these for about 3 months. Overall great quality and loved the color.

The bands have different sizes which correlate with the resistance. There are no joints in the bands which seem very strong. Be sure to get the device that hooks over the door and which provides a metal hook for the bans.

I’d prefer to have more overlap in the resistance between one band and another, but otherwise they work well. When they arrived, they were covered with particles of grit and required washing, a one-time inconvenience.
