Im giving 4 stars because the bottle says to take 2 gummies but 2 barely does anything for me. Then I tried taking 3, and once I start to feel relaxed, it is a count down until I am out. I have had problems with wakeing up frequently at night since I was a teen and very few things have reliably helped. Zzz Quil helps, but when I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s like I am startled awake, in a weird in-between state and “see” or “hear” thing like im dreaming. With these gummies I wake up 1x (curse my small, female bladder) and immediately fall back asleep.

For those who have a rough time falling asleep
I rely heavily on melatonin supplements to fall asleep as I tend to have a really hard time getting myself to sleep. But these gummies knocked me out. It also helps that they just taste like regular gummies so it’s easier to consume. Once I took a single gummy, in 5-10 minutes I felt my energy levels depleting, and 30 minutes after that I was out. I had no issues at all with the gummies, and if anything they made me feel way less/not at all drowsy when I wake up compared to other brands. So if you have an EXTREMELY hard time sleeping you should try these.

Unknown quantity in dosage — 2gummies, not 1 to get 10 mg. Not so inexpensive after all.
This package says 10mg Maximum strength melatonin. However, you have to read the back of the bottle, not available here, to realize that you need to take two gummies to get 10 mg, and each is NOT 10 mg. I haven’t used it yet, but opened it to put the gummies in my container, and saw that like most other gummies, each is 5 mg. In itself, this is not a terrible thing. I will use them, since I opened it. However, it becomes more pricey when you must take two to get 10 mg. I think this is deceptive, and I wish I hadn’t opened it (whether it works or not). I would have returned it on principle.
