Love it, stop looking, buy it
It’s a steal!! So I have only been using it a couple of days as a wake up light, but i love it!!Ease of use: I used to remote to set the alarm, and clock in a matter of maybe 1 min using the instructions? But it was extremely intuitive I surely could have figured it out without the instructions, I just am always one them the first time. I haven’t messed around with the face of it, but at least with the remote it does beep with every adjustment, which was a bit annoying but like ð¤·ââï¸.sounds: I briefly went through the sounds even though I don’t want to use them, they seemed pretty nice, I don’t think all of them would be compatible for ME as white noise, but definitely a few in there that were good and the speaker is quality enough to actually be soothing, not just annoying.light settings: I played around with thr light, it was good, it was pretty bright and honestly got ALMOST as bright as another actual day light lamp (a really big one I have that really does work to wake me up after like an hour of use), so if you wanted to use it to stay awake in darker room, point it at your face and yeah, I definitely think you would be happy… but at least for me you are gonna have to have it in your eyes for longer than the research says, and the effects last for like several hours. Happy? Idk…if you use it regularly maybe. I found mine on the brightest settings can give me headaches, so their are trade offs, but i would definitely try it if you have SAD or are in a dark room and need some bright light to help keep you awake and with your circadian rhythm…just don’t use it after 3pm? It will start messing with your rhythm after that, so I am not sure how much the ‘sunset’ function is good. It does have different temperature settings, but I didn’t play with them as i like the one it is on.Alarm clock: the MAIN function i bought this for and it should be the main focus of the marketing cause it is up there in quality and why I am writing this cause I absolutely love it, and the price was a bonus!!! I used a cheap sunrise clock for a long time and hated it, and this one has all the features I wanted to avoid. A) the clock can be turned off or dimmed depending on your preference B) the light turns on gradually with no jarring jumps, nice and smooth â¤ï¸ (I do wish it turned on a bit dimmer, it sometimes wakes me up right away which probably wouldn’t be a common experience in all honesty C) It gets nice and bright, I leave it close so when i (want to be) awake i turn it towards my face to help me wake up more D) You can turn off the ‘soothing sounds’ and make it only a light alarm, which is what I want and wakes me up the bestI hope this light lasts, I LOVE IT, i am going to be so disappointed if it doesn’t last.

Works well. Iâd like 2 things in their next one.1. Options for no audio on alarm. Volume has a range of 1-20 with 1 being so low that itâs fine but the option to go to 0 for me would be better.2. No sound while using buttons from remote.Even with those things it is still a really solid 10k lux alarm with some good customization options.Had a different before that I stopped using. Use this one daily & itâs great.

I moved into a basement room (if you live in NYC or somewhere similar you understand lol) with no windows and the light switch is far from my bed, I bought this as a way to “turn on the sun” when I wake up so the remote is right next to me. Very pleasant on the warm setting for this purpose- lights up the whole room without being harsh. Happy with this purchase

Turns off fairly quickly. Not as nice as the Phillips device.
I liked my Phillips device, but it eventually failed. I thought I would give this one a chance, and it is mostly fine but it turns off kinda quickly and isn’t really configurable or programmable.Phillips also had a range of hues to emulate a natural sunlight, but this doesn’t really.Would like if it could be scheduled based on the day of the week. Or if you could leave it on and set the hue to change over the course of the day.You can turn off the display. You have a few options for sounds. And you can set the brightness. And you can set it to turn on at a particular time of day. That is about it.
