Always falls off
For the price this is very cute. The helmet propeller spins when windy. If you go over a bump it is very safe to assume it will fall off. The feature to allow it to light up only seems to work if you have it in your hand and shake it, but once on scooter or bike it will not light up. Also it is difficult to make it squeak without it coming off in your hands.Bottom line, it is a cute concept, but it will fall off going over bumps or when you squeeze it and will not light up after it is attached.

The duckâs bill rubbed off when I put it together. I got this for my toddlerâs bike but the duck comes off so easily that itâs a choking hazard. I couldnât figure out how to put the spinner on as the pole was too small.
