Love this walking pad! I did need a part replaced, but their customer service is excellent!!
I absolutely love this walking pad. I’ve had it for almost a year and have had very minimal issues with it. It is very quiet. Occasionally it squeaks, but all you need to do is adjust the pads underneath by tightening them and that solves the issue. I did receive an error recently and the belt would not start. I was devastated because I love it so much and thought it was broken for good. I emailed WalkingPad support and they responded to me within 24hours. I told them the code I was seeing and they sent out a replacement part to me right away free of charge. They emailed me a video with step by step instructions on how to replace the part and it is now working again as good as new! It’s a shame the part did not hold up in the first place after not having it for even a year yet, but their customer service was so good that I can’t even be mad about that.

I have been using this treadmill during breaks or while on calls and in online meetings working remotely from home. The max speed is 6 km per hour, which is good for walking at pace without getting out of breath (something you may want to avoid while speaking in meetings). The noise level is lower than I had expected.
