Glad I shopped around
The settings are perfect. I use different settings on different parts of my mouth and the large reservoir is perfect although, I still have to fill it twice to do my whole mouth but I use it in the shower so no problem there. I’ve gotten quite a few uses out of it before having to recharge it too. You get extra tips so others in the family can use it but this was such a great deal, this baby is mine all mine. My husband has his own!The color is nice too. I wasn’t really expecting that but it’s pretty. Most importantly, it works just as well if not better than the name brands. The DIY setting is nice, though I haven’t had to use it. The auto settings work just fine for me.I had a question in that the tip rotates easily BUT not while you’re trying to use it. It stays put while in use but if you want to, you can adjust as you go.The proof is in the pudding though…my dental hygienist said she wanted me to still floss too but when I went in for my cleaning, she said she didn’t have much to clean and my gum issues are better and will only get better with further use.I would definitely recommend this product.

Power Cleaner
I just received my water irrigator today. I really like it so far. I’m really glad that it only took three hours to charge instead of the 8 hours that the user manual said it would need so I got to use it after I ate dinner today. It took some getting used to. First, prior to using it, I found out that the water tank is removable with just a bit more aggressive giggling, not too hard, but just with a bit more aggressive giggling the water tank along with the main part of it came apart really nice and easy enough to put back together.I cleaned the water tank before finding out it would come apart pretty well by placing dish soap and water into the opening for the water tank and just shook the soapy water around in it, then rinsed out thoroughly.It’s nice how you can choose the mode to try out before turning it on. It took me some time to notice I needed to press the button above the button for setting the mode you want, but I found out before long.I started out testing to see how forceful the water would flow by pointing the nozzle down toward the inside of the sink, then shut it off prior to trying it in my mouth. At first, it seemed like the normal setting was too forceful, so I stopped it before taking it out of my mouth to put it on easy mode, but that wasn’t forceful enough, so I went back to normal mode which I found to be better than I initially thought or felt.I swooshed the vibrator in between all of my top teeth and got to most of the bottom teeth before running out of water and having to refill. Water got all around the front part of the sink quite a bit although not past the sink much and I stayed mostly dry. I’m sure I’ll get more used to it the more I use it. I think it’s a great product so far though.

This portable water flosser came with 1x Water Flosser, 3x Standard Tips, 1x Orthodontic Tip, 1x Charging Cable and a user manual. It is very easy to assemble it. The color is nice and clean, stylish design and provide a good grip. The watertank is large enough to hold good amount of water for the whole mouth cleaning. The nossle and rotate 360 degree to ensure the cleaning in every angle.Charging is 6 hrs for 30days usage. It has 5 cleaning modes: Normal, Soft, Pause, New Peo and DIY. Each mode has dfferent water pressure (range of 30-120 PSI) which you can adjust it to suit your need. The water pressure is good and comprable with the counter top water flosser. The noise is in the accepatble level.Pros :- portable, easy to use, clean my teeth well with adjustable water pressure, hold enough water for a cleaning and the price is affordable.Cons :- So far, so good. I do not have anything to complain.Overall, I am very happy with it. If you are looking for portable water flosser, I would highly recommend it.

Pick eject on power mode
First arrived w/o picks. Amazon replaced. Second works good except that on powerful setting. Pick leeks from bottom and will eject if pointed to sink. Review shows locking button to hold picks. Mine does not have one. If I am careful and hold it over sink it works

Good value
I like the water flosser the most for its size, I’ve had a few before that were big and clunky. This one fits nicely in your hands and makes it easier to maneuver it. It’s very easy to open the water reservoir to refill quickly. It gives a good minute worth of floss on the normal setting before you have to refill. It has enough power to do the job and i highly recommend it for the price. I hate flossing with string so this makes it much easier and leaves your mouth feeling clean. It’s super easy to figure out how to use without even looking at the instruction manual. It even comes with 2 other color banded attachment heads so other family members can use the same device.

Forced to change rating after non-existent customer service.
I originally rated this product 5 stars because it really made a difference. BUT THIS PRODUCT IS VERY HARD TO CLEAN. Rising after each use is not sufficient. An indelible mold has formed on the electrical component that even alcohol will not remove. I decided to soak the water reservoir in hot, soapy water for disinfection but this shrunk the plastic and now the two pieces don’t screw together. I immediately contacted customer care via the instant message feature on the KUSKER website. No response. I tried twice more. NO RESPONSE. So I sent an email. NO RESPONSE. I’m sitting here with a product I cannot use and no customer care team to answer my very serious question. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Me habÃa recomendado el dentista de usarlo hace tiempo y no puedo estar más encantada. Llevo con él 1 semana y lo he adaptado a mi rutina perfectamente.Es muy manejable porque lo que hace más fácil su uso ya que algunos eran demasiado grandes, y este además es perfecto para viajar. Viene con 5 modos de limpieza con lo que lo adaptas a tus necesidades..Lo compré además por el diseño que es súper bonito. Es fácil de usar muy intuitivo, llenar el depósito de agua encenderlo y listo!! Lo recomiendo si quieres hacer en casa una limpieza como en dentista.
