I had one that lasted over two years before I lost it while traveling.My partner got one and loves it too, and I’ve recommended to family n friends.The replacement one I purchased must have had a dud battery because after less than 6 months it stopped working- would flash red green blue- no matter how long I charged it for and only worked sporadically.Though it took a bit of work, since you can’t contact the company directly and amazon customer service help isn’t much after the return window closes, I left a review and posted a question to the company under the product. They reached out via email, and sent me a replacement one! I was PLEASANTLY surprised.I recommend over other hand held water pics – I’ve tried several. And the convenience of it not taking up half the counter, and being able to be super compact for travel is great! It means no matter where I am, I know I can easily ensure I’m keeping up my oral health without sacrificing on product power or quality.The three settings are great, gentle, pulse, and strong. It holds a charge for a long time, and charges quickly.The multiple tips it comes with are nice, I find the normal tip, and the silicon super fine tip are the ones I normally use.I’ve noticed a huge difference not just in gum health, but gut health, and I sleep better since I use it before I brush my teeth before turning in.I have receding gums, so was wary for a long time about a water pic of any kind, I can honestly say I wish I had of found this sooner.Highly recommend!Make sure to run all the water out of the line, and open it up by pulling the top and bottom apart to let it dry out completely between uses to keep it clean.

Convenient, effective portable water flosser
This small, convenient product is very effective and leaves my teeth feeling clean. I love it for travelling, as it fits easily with other toiletries and has been very reliable. I have crowns and an implant, so I really need to use it every night to remove food debris. The battery lasts a long time, and charging with a USB cord is easy. The water capacity is limited by it’s small size, so I usually have to refill it and use a second tankful to feel like I’ve completely cleaned my teeth. On my unit, the nozzle was very difficult to remove at first; I had to grip it with my teeth to remove it from the unit for storage, but that got better over the months. It worked perfectly for 18 months, but it then suddenly stopped working. I need to call customer service to

Love the compact size, enough water to do entire mouth and then some, easy to take apart and dr/clean. Comes with extra tips for different needs. Charges quickly. Will be great for travel.

Great flosser, tank started sticking after less than 1 year
Love the portability for flossing. Great size. As others have mentioned, sometimes hard to fill water in the little fill hole. We have been taking the motor apart from the tank to help air it out and prevent mold after each use and that has helped with the cleanliness. We’ve noticed over the past few uses that it is getting harder (almost impossible) to extend the tank from the motor unit (or separate them from each other). This is sort of disappointing because we purchased our unit in March 2024 so with sporadic usage only for travel, its longevity wasn’t the best. But for me, the way this flosser works and helps cleaning between my teeth helps a lot when traveling so I bought another one. Fingers crossed that this stuck tank issue was a one-off.

I wanted this smaller version for some time but was very sceptical. i have 2 bathrooms and its very handy to have one in each of them in easy reach, but i was unsure how strong this little gadget can be comparing to my current standard sized waterfloss device with a bigger tank and i must say i like this one even more! i never fill the waterfloss full tank, so this smaller version is just perfect for me and i love using it after every meal when im at home. the water pressure is perfect too. The only thing i could not figure out – if i could completely remove the tank to properly dry it, but so far no odours or strange tastes to the water at all after about 1 month of very regular use of it and charge also seem to last forever. Just great, compact, easy to use, strong pressure, foldable flosser. Love it.
