Excellent drinking water filter.
I am very happy with this drinking water filter. It is easy to fill with water from my sink faucet. I just take off the lid of the water well and put the unit under the faucet and fill to the MAX FILL line. The battery charges with an included USB-C cable and a not-included USB-C wall charger. It has a rudimentary but perfectly adequate display. It has an indicator light and a touch control, drop-shaped light which is used to turn the dispenser on and start and stop the flow. I put the unit on the counter top with room under the dispensing nozzle for my water bottles and cups. You put your cup or bottle under the dispenser and touch the drop to turn it on. Touch it again and it starts dispensing water. When your cup is full, touch the drop again and it stops. The indicator light tells you the state of the battery & filter. There is a table in the Instruction Manual which shows what the indicator lights mean. The flow is not really fast, but I find that it is easier for me to avoid overflowing the cup at this flow rate. One of the best things about this filter is it not only removes chlorine, it removes chloramine as well. My water company recently switched to chloramine which is toxic and tastes terrible. The other thing that is very important to me is that the filtered water has no taste or odor. It holds 15 cups of water when filled to the max fill line. Since I am the only person using this filter, that is more that what I use every day. I highly recommend this drinking water filter/dispenser.

Costumer service is the best
I bought my waterdrop back in September. It all of a sudden stopped changing… I decided to go on the costumer service page for waterdrop. They got back to me so fast with options! They offered to replace the item. They shipped it to my house. I am so grateful for the kind fast service. I will definitely go back for any issues and will always be a customer! My original device stopped working after only 3 months, I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction and the company reached out to me quickly and got me a replacement within a week. I am excited as I hate purchasing bottled water and I love having this in other rooms in the house besides the kitchen. When this filter works itâs amazing and I donât have to refill too often. Removes tap water taste
Had for over a year now, use it everyday, and it removes any taste from our tap water. We had an issue with ours after a year of heavy use, it just stopped working. Customer support was amazing, they replaced it immediately no questions asked.

wonderful capacity and easy to run
This system is fantastic. Easy to set up, easy to run, replace water. I am truly happy about it, and the dark one looks very stylish. The stream is pretty fast. The initial charge was maybe an hour, I am not even sure, but we have been running it for 2 weeks since and I still don’t have to charge the unit. Great. Kids started drinking more water and I see a difference, too – for years, we were drinking tap water but lately, it started to have an odor. Even the plumbers advised against drinking tap. This one has a slight different taste but has no odor and my mind is at peace. Very happy

Great water filter!
Our family has used this for about a month now. It works perfectly. We have very terrible tasting city water and have relied solely on bottled water. It’s such a relief to get away from that! The rechargeable feature is very easy and the charge lasts for weeks. It’s very handy to keep in the refrigerator as long as you don’t push the bottom or tilt it, since that is where a filter hole is. I really love this and am considering getting a 2nd one.

This has been one of my best purchases. I used to buy alot of water bottles before this and decided it was enough. The water filters nicely, tastes good. It gives a bit of a heads up when you need to replace the filter. It holds around 1200 mls. I drink alot of water, so alot of the time I filter water and place it in another dispenser jug, before filtering some more. Even then my filter lasted a few months.
