I really love my walking pad and I use it almost every day. Definitely use in conjunction with the WELLFIT app, since that keeps track of steps, provides walking courses, and allows you to pause your walking pad when needed (the remote doesnât).Customer service is also really great. Iâve used my walking pad for about 4 months and I had an issue come up with the belt. Upon reaching out to customer service, they replied (consistently) with feedback and additional help. Even after resolving my issue, they offered a partial refund as reconciliation for the inconvenience. 5 out of 5 stars

love this is easy to hide, works well & a great buy! I don’t use it under my desk, but it works well and is super quiet. I do not have a bar to hold onto, but I put it next to something I can grab ahold of if I need to, but if you are not really stable on your feet, I would purchase the grab bar.

I love it, however does not sync with off brand trackers. This makes it inconvenient to use the app.Was well pkg. And seems pretty durable for bigger gal.Easy to follow instructions. Good length on the walking surface. Pretty quiet running as well.I would recommend especially if you have a name tracker for exercise

5-star customer service. My walking pad stopped working after 2 months and the manufacturer offered to replace the unit at no cost.

Horrible – power cord wonât stay plugged into the walking pad. Assuming they sent the wrong power cord??? Turns off before or as soon as you get on it because power cord disconnects from the walking pad. Just a total waste of time.

Good customer service
Rating 5 stars for great customer service. The walking pad I ordered came working properly but the motor burned out less than one month later. This was very disappointing however, Wellfit was quick to respond and resolve the matter. A new walking pad was sent at no cost without the hassle of sending the defective unit back. I appreciate the good customer service and am hopeful that the new unit will hold up!

Wife loves it!
There are so many of these types of treadmills and the reason we went with this one was the good reviews that weren’t driven by reviewers that got free ones and also that it had an incline and specs we liked. My wife found that 1-2mph is the sweet spot for doing real work at a desk as jogging and typing isn’t easy. But the incline makes it a real workout. Came flat but there’s 2 sets of pegs that raise it up to two heights. The remote is great too. We haven’t used the app portion yet but I’ll get that going soon. Wish it powered off by itself when not in use for a while but that’s okay. Not sure any of them do that. We’ve only had it a week so I can’t tell you how well it will hold up but my wife loves it so here I am letting you know it’s a solid option. Comes with tools but it’s already built and ready to go. Also comes with oil to oil up the belts underneath so they don’t dry up. Seems easy enough. Also, I should say that I did reach out to their customer service and asked about the seam on the treadmill and they responded really quick which was nice. The seam is normal and all good, but it was nice to know their support doesn’t take forever and responds in a thorough way. You can tell they care.
